2、a) provide criterions for heat treatment technique making。 b) clarify heat treatment quality control requirements and inspection standard。 规范五金部钢铁零件热处理技术要求,为热处理工艺制订提供依据,明晰热处理质量控制 要求及检验标准。 2.0 Application / 適用範圍適用範圍適用範圍適用範圍 This technical requirement is applicable to steel parts heat treatment in Mac

3、hine Shop. 本技术要求适用于五金厂钢铁零件的热处理。 3.0 Terms and Definitions / 定義定義定義定義 3.1 QA- Quality Assurance 品质保证部 3.2 PIE- Production & Industrial Engineering 产品和工业工程部 4.0 Responsibility / 職責職責職責職責 4.1 Material Team in Engineering Department is responsible for assessing the feasibility of heat treatment technica

4、l requirements. 工程部材料组负责评估热处理技术要求的可行性。 4.2 PIE is responsible for making& changing of heat treatment technical requirements, according to products characteristics and customers requirements. PIE 依据产品特性及客户要求,制订及变更热处理技术要求; 4.3 QA is responsible for monitoring heat treatment quality, making inspection

7、requirement 外观要求 Surface of parts must be free of defeats as crack, scratch, and oxide scale. 工件表面不允许有裂纹、伤痕、氧化皮等缺陷。 5.2.2 Surface hardness 表面硬度 Surface Hardness value must be in spec. specified by technical requirement. Location of determining core hardness and surface hardness shall be defined in t

8、echnical requirement. 9、ss variation of quenching, tempering steel parts 表 1 淬、回火件的表面硬度允许偏差 HRC 5.2.3 Metallographic microstructure 金相组织 (1)For medium carbon steel and alloy steel it shall obtain martensite, with acceptable martensite grade between 2 to 4, and with microstructure of plate martensite + fine needle martensit

10、e. 中碳钢和中碳合金钢淬火后应得到马氏体。马氏体等级控制在 24 级,组织为板条马氏体 +细针马氏体。 (2)For high carbon tool steel and high carbon low alloy tool steel, the quenching microstructures are homogeneous un-dissolved carbide, and thin grain martensite. 高碳工具钢和高碳低合金工具钢淬火组织为均匀分布的未溶碳化物+隐晶马氏体。 5.2.4 Deformation tolerance 允许畸变量 The bending i

12、rdening and tempering 感应淬火与回火 5.3.1 Appearance requirement 外观要求 Surface of parts must be free of defeats as quenching crack, scratch, and rust layer. 工件表面不能有淬火裂纹、锈蚀和伤痕等缺陷。 5.3.2 Surface Hardness 表面硬度 Surface hardness value must be in spec. specified by technical requirement. The permissible surface

The permissible effective case harden depth variation s
