12、e tenancy.8.乙方责任 The Responsibilities of Party B 1。 乙方不得在未经甲方同意的情形下转租或分租甲方的上述物。2。 乙方不得利用物业从事非法活动和损害公共利益。3。 乙方对承租的物业及其设施等负有爱护和保管的责任,如因人为因素造成的损坏,乙方应负责维修或赔偿费用。1.Party B shall not lease the Premises to any third party without the permission of Party A.2.Party B shall not conduct or permit any act within the Premises, which is illegal and damaging the public profit. 3.Party B shall use the furniture and facilities belonging to Party A in the manner for which it is provided.
