8、?* Some adult leaders are being left behind.* Teens who are exiting the process we have created prematurely.* We draw teens from a wide area and not just from one close community.* Some teens do not understand the importance of transformation.* We have not taken enough initiative to connect with tee
9、ns leaving the process.* Some teens may not feel a part of what we are doing.* We need to place more focus on teens who are open to change and not be held back by teens who are resistant to change.* We must avoid labeling teens: pastors kids, orphans, street kids, etc - we must treat everyone as a p
10、erson on a spiritual journey.4. What do we need to do in the future to see greater transformation?* Getting teens connected to Jesus.* Relating to teens on a one to one basis.* Small groups meeting together regularly and corporately once a month.* Connection into the wider church family active parti
11、cipants in church events.* Training and releasing teens into ministry not just in the youth group but in small groups, at His Kids, womens ministry, etc. We must view our youth ministry as an incubator, a bridge into church life particularly into Campus and Young Adult ministry.* We may need to reth
