DECLARING HALAL POLICY 步骤一 : 宣布清真政策,Top Management has to declare and socialize halal policy as a basic of establishing and implementing Halal Assurance System 管理层必须宣

4、布和宣传清真政策,而且清真注册必须是建立和实施清真保证体系的基本政策 Company have to declare Halal policy in writing about commitment of company to produce halal product continuously and consistently, including consistency in using and providing material (raw, additive, and supporting materials), as well as consistency in halal prod

5、uction process. 公司必需书面承诺并且做到在清真产品的生产的各个环节保持持续性和一贯性,包括在生产过程中使用的原辅材料、添加剂及生产助剂的一贯的清真性。,STEP II. COMPANY BUSINESS PROCESS 公司类型(公司业务流程),NO RISK PRODUCTS 无风险产品 “Does not involve critical materials (raw materials, auxilia

12、ry materials and additives) and facilities are free of material used najis (unclean) and haram”, example : “不涉及敏感材料(原材料,辅助材料和添加剂),设备都是清洁的和清真的”,例如:,1. Rice flour, glutinous rice flour, corn flour, yam flour, wheat 面粉, 糯米粉, 玉米粉, 淮山粉, 小麦 2. Starch cassava (tapioca), maize, sago 木薯淀粉,玉米,西米 3. Salt 盐 4.
