英语,,英语教学五年计划,第一年 简单单词+生活场景训练 ，程度好的学生背诵《新概念英语》中的故事 第二年 圣经故事+哲理小故事（大量），背诵故事，复述故事（模仿英式或美式英语） 第三年 写作 （英语日记，用简单句播报新闻）；引导学会去听英语新闻，记忆新闻的专有名词 第四年 故事+写作+新闻听力 第五年 英语名作家的作品演绎 诗歌欣赏与中国古代诗词 例如: 莎翁、欧亨利,英语,目标：学生们掌握日常英语简单对话和单词 行动： 1. 每一周学习一个情景对话，掌握该情景对话的固定句型，并且要背诵该情景对话 2. 能力较强学生每日记忆24-20个单词，能力较弱学生每日记忆12-6个单词 3. 每日进行30分钟的英语读书时间老师每日教授24个单词（6页纸），老师先讲解新单词，然后再复习旧单词（刚刚开始上课的记忆力明显高于课堂后期记忆力，要好好利用）老师领读至少3遍然后让学生们自由阅读，不懂的单词可请教老师能力较强的学生如果都会读了，就让他带全班同学一起读，让能力较强的学生去能力较弱的学生检验的任务也可以最后交给能力较强的学生去完成，让他去督促其他同学的学习 4. 每日进行检验，周五进行总的检验。
5. 每日布置英语读书作业让学生回家操练 6. 从第一周至第九周为学习新情景对话阶段， 第十周至第二周为复习前面的对话和学习零散的情景对话 （例如询问价格、数量、天气等等只有一问一答的句子） 成果： 学生们掌握最少8个日常英语句型和对话，认识1200个单词认识词汇的目标计划,目标：学生们认识小学课标词汇达到1200个 行动： 1. 我给学生们定的目标是每天最多认20个单词，最少是15个单词，计划20周结束能够认得1200个教育部公布的小学英语课标的词汇参考的书《逗逗卡通单词王》，此书每一个单词都有附图和例句） 2. 学习单词的时间每天要保证有30分钟过程是：学习，理解，记忆，操练 3. 此书平均每一页有6个单词，能力较强学生每天认四页，可达24-20个单词能力较弱的学生每天2页，单词数达12个 4. 教师每天让学生们先认新单词，然后再复习旧单词把没有认出来的旧单词划出来， 当做新单词来记忆教师每日记录每一个学生掌握的单词数和单词，学生没有掌握的 单词用鲜艳颜色的笔做记号，再记忆，明天再检验周五做总的成果检验 5. 教师在教授单词的时候，可放些轻松的背景音乐，音量低些，可缓解 学生们的紧张情绪。
成果：能力较强学生认识1200个单词，能力较弱学生掌握600个单词第一周,教学目标与要求：能听懂，会说How are you? / How are you doing? / Fine, thank you ….并能在实际情景中进行运用并掌握进行简单的问候用语 教学重点：掌握问候用语的简单句型 教学过程： Step 1 教师用英语跟学生们问好 Step 2 教师提问学生们是否懂得如何用英语进行简单的问候教师把学生们所列举的问候的句子和答句写在黑板上，看看学生们到底了解了多少 Step 3 若学生们列举的句型很多也很好，可以用他们列举的句子进行讲课若学生们列举的句子很少，那教师就要再加上自己的内容 Step 4 教师给学生们看课件里的句型对比看看同学们的答案，若同学们还有比老师更出色的句子，老师就把新的句子加入到课件中，用另一种颜色的字体，并赞许该同学 Step 5 讲解句型和对话 Step 6 操练句型和对话 Step 7 总结 同学们的表现，并且布置课后练习以背诵该主题句型和对话为主 成果：掌握简单的问候用语的固定句型 （每天利用早读时间来读3遍句型和对话，要求能够背诵，布置作业回家 让学生们利用课余时间来进行句型和对话的操练。
