2、 “因病返贫”等不良现象的影响，导致合作医疗模式已经难以适应农村社会发展要求，因此，我国政府于 2002 年提出要“逐步建立以大病统筹为主的新型的农村合作医疗制度” 。2003 年政府开始在全国开展了关于新型农村合作医疗制度的试点工作，在历经太原工业学院毕业论文十余年的发展历程中，新农村合作医疗制度的推广和发展有效改善了农村居民各项医疗保障问题，农村居民作为新农村合作医疗的参合主体，其满意度会对新农村合作医疗制度的发展产生极大影响。基于此因，本文对汾西县 250 位农村居民进行了问卷调查，深入了解和评价汾西县参合农村居民对新农村合作医疗制度的公众满意度，并有效揭示出是哪些因素影响了农村居民对新
