4、 2.After the training, PMC supervisor must attend the written examination, if the examination score is less than 90, then the PMC supervisor need to re-train;3.生产经理对PMC部设置合理编排订单的目标文件(文件名称:PMC目标管理Management工作指引,文件编号:SAI-032),并每周监控目标达成情况,如未达到预定的目标,则由PMC分析根本原因及纠正预防措施;3.Production Manager will establish

All open door grievances are handled verbally, and it was not possible to verifywhether the procedures set out for open door policy isimplemented due to this lack ofrecords.
