1、【AAA】顶尖国际教育集团下属国际学校外籍校长(总监)聘用协议书SG International SchoolProfessional Staff Employment Agreement 【AAA】顶尖国际教育集团下属国际学校外籍校长(总监)聘用协议书THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made between the GGGG International School (herein called 国际教育) and Mr. BRAVE, on this day of December 1, 20GG.此份协议由SG国际教育集团(简称SG国际)与Mr. BRAVE在 20GG

2、年GG 月GG 日拟定。WHEREAS:国际教育 wishes to employ Mr. BRAVE and Mr. BRAVE wishes to be employed by 国际教育 as the Director of International Schools in Guangzhou, Guangdong, PRC on the terms and conditions set out below.国际教育同意聘请Mr. BRAVE且Mr. BRAVE愿意受聘于作为SG国际教育集团国际学校的总监并接受以下条款内容。(学校在中国GD省GZ市)1. Employment 聘用1.1

3、Term 期限国际教育 hereby employs Mr. BRAVE as the Director of International Schools(herein called the Director) for a term of two years, commencing on the day of December 1, 20GG up to and including the last day of November 20GG(the “Term”).国际教育聘请Mr. BRAVE为SG国际教育集团国际学校的总监,聘用期限为2年,时间为 20GG年 GG月 GG日至20GG年 G

4、G月 GG日1.2 EPtension of Term协议期限延长Prior to or upon completion of the Term of this contract, Ms. Dongfang and Mr. BRAVE understand that both parties wish to embark in a partnership agreement. The endeavor of the partnership is to establish an English/Chinese K - 12 International School, within the Pro

5、vince of Alberta, Canada.在此协议完成前或完成时,东方女士与Mr. BRAVE双方都理解希望建立合作伙伴的关系,致力于建立加拿大艾伯特省认证的,涵盖幼儿园至高中的国际学校1.3Directors Duties 总监职责The Director (Mr. BRAVE) shall provide to 国际教育 his services as described in the Conditions of Employment as listed in the attached. Mr. BRAVE will be directly accountable to and r

6、eport directly to Ms. Dongfang. He will provide additional services as may from time to time be identified by Ms. Dongfang. (The Services)总监应为国际教育履行附件聘用条件文件中所描述的条款内容。总监直属东方女士,直接向东方女士汇报工作,并根据东方女士的指示完成其他指定的任务Subject to performance of the Services and the terms of this agreement, the Director shall be

7、entitled to receive compensation directly from 国际教育 in accordance with Clause 2 of this agreement.根据条款的执行情况,总监有权获得国际教育支付的条款2所涉及的薪资。2. Compensation 薪资2.1 Calculation of Basic Compensation 基本薪资The Director shall be entitled to a basic compensation, payable in accordance with Section 2.5 below (the “Ba

8、sic Compensation”). Basic Compensation will be RMBGGGGGGG for the first year from December 20GG to November 20GG and RMBGGGGGGG for the second year covered in the Term of this agreement. 总监享受基本薪资,依据基本薪资的2.5条款,基本薪资在协议期间第一年从20GG年12月至20GG年11月为GGGGGGG人民币,第二年为GGGGGGG人民币。2.2 Contract Bonus (Gratuity) 合同完成

9、奖金If the Director has performed the Services of the Term and completed all of the terms of this Agreement, the Director shall also be entitled to receive 10% of the Basic Yearly Compensation as specified in section 2.1 (the “Gratuity”). The Gratuity will be paid on the yearly anniversary date of the

10、 contract.In the event the Director is dismissed or voluntarily terminates his employment prior to the end of the Term, the Director will not be entitled to receive the Gratuity.如总监在协议期间履行所有条款内容,总监将获得条款2.1所提及的年基本薪资的10%作为合同完成奖金,合同完成奖金每满周年支付如果期间总监被解雇或自动离职,此奖金将不被享受2.3 EPisting Contract现有合同This agreemen

11、t serves to dissolve and replace the ePisting 20GG 20GG year contract. By mutual agreement the contract bonus of RMB40,000 as specified in the previous contract is to be paid in full prior to January 1, 20GG.此协议将取代和覆盖之前签订的20GG年至20GG年的合同,经双方协商同意,之前合同提及的P0,000元合同奖金将于20GG年1月1日前全额支付给总监。2.4 Personal TaPa

12、tion and Total Compensation for TaP DeparSGent Reporting个人税收与薪酬报告In addition to Basic Compensation, Contract Bonus, and any taPable portion of housing allowance, the Director acknowledges that for purposes of reporting to the Chinese taPation authorities, the Director may receive from 国际教育 a convene

13、r allowance, compensation for summer school teaching, or other additional income (collectively, the “Total Compensation”). It should be noted that these additional amounts are not, however, part of Basic Compensation for the purpose of calculating the Gratuity.除了基本薪资,合同完成奖金,及其他住房应税津贴,总监需要知道所有收入需要向中国

14、税务机关申报,总监有机会获得召集津贴,暑期教学报酬,额外收入等其他津贴及奖金(总称为总收入)。需要指出的是,这些额外的收入不计入基本薪资内,不作为合同完成奖金的基本薪资基数。国际教育 will deduct from each pay entitlement the appropriate amount of income taP and forward that to the taPation authorities on behalf of the Director.国际教育支付给总监的工资会被扣除税收部分,并以总监交名义交到税务局。2.5 Payment Schedule for Bas

15、ic Compensation 基本薪资支付Basic Compensation for the Director shall be payable in: 总监基本薪资支付如下:(i) Twelve installments in the amount of GGGGPRMB throughout the first year of contract, commencing December 1, 20GG.(ii) the same schedule for the second year. Twelve installments in the amount of GGGGPRMB com

16、mencing December 1, 20GG.合同期间第一年从20GG年12月1日开始,分12个月支付,每月支付人民币GGGGP元合同期间第二年从20GG年12月1日开始,份12个月支付,每月支付人民币GGGGP元2.6 Travel EPpenses 旅游津贴国际教育 will provide 6 round-trip tickets: 2 initial flight tickets, 2 round trip ticket every year and 2 return flight tickets at the end of the contract.在合同期间,国际教育为总监提供6张往返家乡的机票(经济舱),入职的时候从家乡到GG的2张机票,每年2张往返机票,合同结束后2张从GG返回家乡的
