1、摘 要当今社会是一个依赖于信息的时代，因而客现上要求学校电子政务数据交互从原来的传统方式向信息化转变，比尔盖茨说未来5年世界上最好的大学在互联网上，现在网络已经覆盖了我们生活工作中得方方面面，虽然网络条件还不尽如人意，但是也给我们的电子政务数据交互提供了良好的硬件基础，如何利用好我们身边的优势条件，发挥我们的网络优势，使我们的现代电子政务数据交互服务是我们现代教育势在必行的任务之一。目前国内的大部分学校电子政务数据交互系统中，电子政务数据平台也大量出现，比如大量的学校、学院政务网，政务网的建设已经在全国建成，可是这些学校政务网、政务数据交互平台建成以后通过验收，大部分平台很少再进行优化改进，同
2、时使用率也较低。针对以上情况，本课题结合职业学校教育教学的要求，经过详细的分析和调查，主要是针对职业学校电子正午的基本情况进行分析和调查，针对学校的特色教育教学的需求分析，设计某学院电子政务数据交互平台。对于电子政务数据交互平台而言，其的完整实施对于学校的各级管理人员和相应的学生而言是一个良好的契机，不仅仅能够最大限度的帮助他们之间建立良好的沟通模式，其次对于领导而言能够对特殊情况实现快速有效的改变，此外对于学生来说改变了过去提起申诉信息不能及时的传递的现状。电子政务系统是建设在互联网和其他网络环境上的，是在办公自动化系统、管理信息系统、决策支持系统等技术的基础上，利用现代信息技术与通讯技术，
3、以实现政府电子政务流程为目标的信息系统立足于信息技术的视角，结合政务系统工作的实际需求，设计更具使用价值的电子政务系统有着现实意义。通过我们对本系统的实施和研究，能够使得传统的电子政务数据交互平台模式在不改变其优点的情况下加入了许多更优、更加科学的交互方法，可以最大限度实现“发布”和“申诉”的完美结合，为我们现代化教育的快速合理的发展打下坚实的基础。本文中提到的网络教辅系统使用了VS2010平台作为开发工具，使用Flash Media Server编写媒体应用程序，脚本语言主要为C#语言，后台数据库采用微软的Oracle进行数据库设计，实现了公众政务信息模块中的是用户管理、政务信息发布、审批查
4、询、投诉监督；业务人员中的政务处理、内部政务考核、领导监督；管理员信息模块中的中的内部人员管理和数据维护管理功能。通过本课题的研究电子政务数据的过程由封闭型转变为开放型，科学型、现代化教育，让电子政务数据的各环节的行为一律公开化，标准化、科学化、数字化和网络化，实现电子政务数据的跨越式发展。关键词: 学院、电子政务、数据交互平台ABSTRACTTodays society is the information society is dependent on the information era, so passengers are now on government requirements
