2、t the front parts of cabinets to know operation conditions of KM modules; cabinet and operation console should be installed on the base plate tightly; when installing cables, cable troughs should be used to keep strong power apart from weak power. 1.1.1安装设备前，请检查一下你是否已具备下列物品： 1.1.1Before installation
3、, check whether following tools are well prepared: 六角长杆螺丝刀 (Hex Driver) Letterbug 镊钳 (Letterbug Tool) 系统安装图纸 System Installation Drawing 系统安装手册 System Installation Manual 这些物品一般作为 I/A 系统的附属品随机发运。六角长杆螺丝刀和 Letterbug 镊钳是 安装 I/A 设备要用到的专用工具。 另外，用户还需要自备一套一字或十字螺丝刀。系 统安装图纸说明了用户特定的 I/A 系统中各设备的位置安排、相互连接、电源分配说
4、 明和接地说明。图纸上各设备均标有设备号（Part Number） 。设备号由字母和数字组 成，各设备上均粘贴有设备号标签，可以对应查找。 These goods will be delivered as accessories in I/A system. The Hex driver and the Letterbug Tool are special tools for installing I/A equipment. Besides, the customers should prepare one set of straight screwdrivers or cross scre
5、wdrivers. The system installation drawing explains location, inter-connection, power distribution and grounding of I/A system equipment. Equipment showed in installation drawing has the Part Number which consists of numbers and letters. Equipment has attached labels for checking. 插座卡在图纸所指示的，对应于组件上 A
6、、B、C、D 之一的 MS 槽位上。 图 11 是 FCP270 的安装图。 Insert socket into MS slot. Drawing 11 is the Installation Drawing for FCP270. 将组件推入槽位，用六角长杆螺丝刀固定上下固定螺丝。 Push module into slot. Fasten fix screws with the Hex Driver. 一手轻轻按住外部设备端口电缆插座，组件上方有一个外部设备装卸螺钉，用六角长杆 螺丝刀顺时针旋转 1/2 圈至插针与插座完全接触。 Press terminal cable socket o

Use the Hex Driver to drive this screw for 1/2 circle till contact pin contacting with socket. 1.1.2KM940 型的安装 940
8、型系列的主机是一般的奔腾 PC 机， 没有任何特别的安装接线需要说明。 KM 组件的安装阅读系统安装图纸，明确各 KM 组件将安装在那一个机柜内以及机柜 的那个位置（一般， 我们称安装 KM 组件的机柜槽位为 KM 槽位） 。将 KM 组件推 入槽位， 用六角长杆螺丝刀固定上下角固定螺丝。将对应的 KM 端子电缆的连接端与 KM 组件完全嵌合， 用六角长杆螺丝刀固紧中心螺孔。 KM assembly system installation diagram clarifies which panel and position of each KM component should be plac
9、ed. Generally, the KM slot position in the panel is called KM slot. Push KM component into its slot and fasten the upper and lower corner bolt by hexagon long pole screwdriver. Connect corresponding connecting terminal of KM end cable with KM assembly tightly and tighten the central bolt by hexagon

No special installation and wire connections. Installation of KM Before installation, please read System Installation Drawing to check KM posi
11、tions in cabinets. Generally, slots for KM is called KM slot. Push KM into slots. Fasten fix screws at upper and lower corners with the Hex Driver. Fit KM terminal cable connection joints with opposite KM. Fasten central screw with the Hex Driver. 注意： 1.请按系统安装图纸安装 NT6000 系统的组件设备。 2.接线要仔细，务必保证连线正确。 走
12、线注意合理、整齐。 3.安装时，注意各组件设备上的插针不要碰弯。 Notice: 1. Please install NT6000series modules according to System Installation Drawing carefully. 2. Connect wires carefully. Arrange wires in order. 3. During installation, please do not hurt equipment contacts pins. 1.1.3通电步骤 1.1.3Power on procedures 安装完毕后，即可通电。 通
13、电前，请检查市电是否正常，UPS 工作是否正常，各电 源接线是否准确。 检查完毕，先对 CRT、打印机等设备上电自检。 随后，对装有站 组件的机柜上电。开启 AW 工作站，注意与该 AW 相连的 DNBI 或 DNBX 组件的 红绿灯闪烁情况，一开始，红灯亮，绿灯有规律地闪动，组件自检结束后，工作站进入 工作软件装载时，组件上将只亮绿灯接着， 再开启其他工作站和 KM 组件机柜。 经 过一段时间的自检和启动，所有组件均显示绿灯， 所有 CRT 上均显示画面， 系统 即投入正常工作中。 系统开启后首先要设置时钟， 方法见时间设置。 注意： 在开机柜电源时， 必须先开主电源， 后开副电源。 Aft
14、er installation, it can be energized. Before Energization, please check and make sure urban power and UPS are normal. Each power wire is connected correctly. After check, offer power to CRT, printer, etc. for self-inspection, and then, energize equipment with modules. Activate AW work station. Check
15、 the green and red lamps of DNBI or DNBX module of AW. At the beginning, red lamp is on, green lamp blinks regularly. After module self-inspection, work station will load work software. At this moment, only green lamp is on. Next, activate other work stations and FBM cabinets. After self-inspections
16、 and startup, all the green lamps of module are on while all the CRT displays. That is to say, system starts to work normally. Please set clock after system startup. Detailed information about clock set please refers to Notice: when energizing cabinet, turn on main power source firstly and then secondary power source. 1.1.4关机步骤 陕西运维电力股份有限 SHAANXI NORTHWEST POWER GENERATION CO.，LTD 8 / 135 NT6000 使用的是一个多用户多任务的操作系统， 因此即使没有人在使用计算机也不 能随意切断电源， 必须按下述步骤关机， 否则有可能损坏文件系统或硬盘。 1.1.4Shutdown procedures
