1、英文文献摘要讲解,目录,摘要的格式和要求 摘要的语法问题 英文摘要讲解,什么是摘要,摘要就是用简明的语言,摘录出与论文等价的主要信息,具有独立性和自含性的特点,使作者不阅读或参考全文也能通过摘要获得论文的主要信息。,摘要的格式及要求,摘要的种类 1、指示型：简要介绍论文的的论题，或者概括 的表述研究目的，仅使读者对论文的主要内容有一概 括了解。一般不介绍方法、结果、结论的具体内容。 2、信息型：用来报道论文的研究目的、方法、 结果和结论。实质上，它是整篇论文的高度浓缩。,摘要的格式及要求,摘要格式 1、结构式摘要：包含目的、设计、地点、对象、处理、主要测定项目、结果、结论8项，或者其中的5项，
2、4项。据统计，目前世 界上60%以上的生物医学期刊采用结构式摘要,我国医学类刊物以及其他一些科技期刊也已相继采用了结构式摘要，其中大部分为以温哥华IMRAD格式范畴写作的四层次结构,包括目的(objective)、方法(methods)、结果(results) 和结论(conclusion)。 2、非结构式摘要：段落不明，给编辑、审稿、阅读和计算机处理带来诸多不便 。,摘要的格式及要求,摘要篇幅国际标准化组织建议不少于250个词,最多不超过500个词;美国化学文献和医学文摘规定在300个词以内,而学术会议常要求500个词;根据CSTA中国科学技术期刊文献数据库英文版的要求,文摘长度以50150
3、词为宜。一般来讲,摘要的长短基本取决于文章的长度及其所排版的位置,摘要的长度一般占文章长度的3%5%,但在排版的时候绝不应超过版面的2/3。,摘要的格式及要求,时态,英文摘要所用的时态一般有两类:一是全用一般现在时;二是不同场合用不同时态。一般现在时用于描述研究目的和结论;用一般过去时描写材料方法和结果。一般过去时还用于描述论文撰写前作者已做的工作,也可用于表示转述已发表文献的报导、讨论和研究内容;有的期刊有时还用现在完成时介绍该领域的背景情况,如其他人已取得的成果,做过的试验,得出的结论等,强调对本研究的影响与作用。总的原则是:描述、讨论现有或已知的知识时用现在时,描述自己的研究结果或结论时
4、用过去时,描述众所周知的事实或说明时用现在时。,摘要的语法问题,语态和人称问题,摘要的语法问题,英文摘要往往采用第三人称的非人称主语(non-personal subject)的被动语态,可以避免提及有关执行者,避免出现“we”、“I”等表示式,使行文显得客观,而且还可以使需强调的事物做主语而突出了它们的地位,有利于说明事实。 被动语态句子在结构上有较大的调节余地,有利于使用恰当的修辞手段,扩展名词短语,扩大句子信息量。但有时采用主动语态比用被动语态在结构上更简练,表达更直接有力,可以突出动词所表达的内容。,一个切实可行的规则是:用简洁的原形动词开头,例如To describe、To stud

8、y and electrocardiography before the procedure and at 1, 6 and 12 months.The mean ASD size was 13 6 4 mm, and the device size ranged from 33 to 40 mm for CardioSeal and 12 to 36 mm for Amplatzer. At one month, heart size (49% vs. 46% ),four-chamber right ventricular (RV) size (45 vs. 41mm), aradoxic
9、al septal motion (60% vs.5%), QRS duration (125 vs. 119ms), PR interval (181 vs. 155ms) and echocardiographically determined pulmonary artery systolic pressure decreased significantly and was maintained at 12-month follow-up. At six months, right atrial length decreased from 50 to 47mm. At one year,
10、 29% of patients had persistent RV enlargement .Right heart morphology undergoes rapid improvement within one month of defect closure,with associated mechanoelectrical benefit. A small number of patients had persistent RV enlargement or pulmonary hypertension, or both, at one year. Our data support
