On January 9, 2010 I was dining with my family at the Happy Restaurant at Maple Lane in Dallas, Texas. Our waitress was a woman named Ci

11、ndy. In the beginning despite repeated polite requests for taking our order, it took Cindy 20 minutes to stop to ask about our drinks. It took another 20 minutes to get our order. When we requested Cindy to exchange the dish which was too salty for another one, she became angry and knocked over the

12、plates. This behavior frightened my children who were sprayed (溅) by flying food. At this point I talked to Gail Stone, the manager on duty. We only requested to get our food from a different server. Gail put aside our judgement about the rude service and said that since it was Saturday, we had to e

13、xpect service like that. We eat at Happy Restaurant at least twice a month, and often take friends and relatives there for special occasions. We were shocked and saddened by the service we received that night. We paid it even though all we ate were salads.I am hoping that the good folks at Happy Res

14、taurant will rectify (纠正) this situation. I would like to request a refund of the $45.50 we paid. I feel that this is a reasonable request considering the circumstances.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
