10、ropriatedbyanygovernmentauthority;d)如果合营公司的全部或部分资产被任何政府部门暂时或永久没收e)ifanygovernmentdepartmenthavingauthorityoveranyPartyrequiresanyprovisionofthisContracttoberevisedorimposesconditionsorrestrictionsupontheimplementationofthisContractinsuchawayastocausesignificantadverseconsequencestotheJVCoranyParty;e
11、)如果对任何一方有管辖权的任何政府部门要求对本合同的任何条款进行修改或对本合同的履行规定条件或限制从而对合营公司或任何一方造成重大的不利后果f)ifanyotherPartyshallcomeunderthecontrolofanythirdPartyorPartiesotherthanthatbywhichitiscontrolledatthedatehereoforotherthanbyanAffiliateofitforthepurposesofabonafidereorganization;f)如果另一方为任何第三方所控制在本合同之日受其控制、或为善意重组之目的受一家关联公司控制的除外
12、g)iftheconditionsandconsequencesofForceMajeureprevailforaperiodinexcessofsix(6)monthsandthePartieshavebeenunabletofindanequitablesolutionpursuanttoArticleX;org)如果不可抗力的情况和后果持续时间超过六6个月且双方未能根据X条找到一个公平的解决办法或h)foranyotherreasonsprovidedforinthisContractorinrelevantlawsandregulations.h)本合同或有关法律、法规规定的任何其他理
