3、息 的 管 理 和 维 护 及 其 它一 些 辅 助 功 能 。 在 数 据 库 的 建 立 上 主 要 采 用 Access作 为 关 系 数 据 库 的 开 发 工 具 。 在 数 据 库的 连 接 上 采 用 ADO 的 数 据 库 访 问 技 术 。 本 文 从 开 发 平 台 、 运 行 环 境 、 系 统 设 计 和 模 块 实 现等 方 面 阐 述 了 系 统 的 设 计 以 及 开 发 过 程 ， 从 该 系 统 的 开 发 背 景 、 系 统 功 能 、 设 计 思 路 和 一些 程 序 开 发 的 细 节 等 方 面 进 行 了 论 述 。 尤 其 是 详 细 的 说 明
