1、M6 unit4 Grammar: Unreal conditionals 第二课时第二课时Learning Aims: 上单元我们主要学了 if 主从句在现在/过去/将来虚拟语气中的运用，除 if 的省略外，本单元将 讨论虚拟语气的其他几个难点。 1 错综时间条件句：主句和从句的时间不同（常见从句假设过去，主句假设现在） ，因此产生了前后动词的形 式差异。 Eg If you had studied hard before, you would be a college student now, and you would graduate from a college in four ye
2、ars time. 2 含蓄条件句：除 if 从句外，一些介词/连词也可以用于虚拟语气（常见有 otherwise, or, with, without, but for） Eg What would you do with a million dollars? We couldnt have finished the work ahead of time without your help. But for your advice, I couldnt have done it so successfully. He telephoned to inform me of your birth

I might have given you more help, but I was too busy. 3 其它典型的引导虚拟语气的状语从句连词还有 even if(即使), as if(仿佛), if only(要是就好了), in case(万一) Eg If only I hadn t wasted my valuable time in the school.They talked as if they had been friends for many rears. 4 一些动词引导的宾语从
4、句也常用虚拟语气，如 wish/would rather Eg Id rather you posted the letter right away. I wish that you hadnt told my parents. 5 特殊形式的虚拟语气（1）表示要求/建议/命令/提义/愿望等的主语从句.宾语从句.表语从句和同位语从句，其虚拟形式为 should+do, should 可以省略。Eg She suggested that we (should)keep the door locked.It is my advice that we put it off.此类常见词有_ _（2）用
