We must stay in contact with various suppliers so that we can get the best offers. We make an
5、enquiry by phone, fax, e-mail or letter. In the enquiry, we need to state the item we want and the quantity we need. We expect to get a quotation from a supplier including some details such as price, special discounts, delivery costs or delivery time etc. We place an order by sending an order form t
6、o the supplier with our name, our order number, item name, unit price, the agreed delivery date, delivery address and a signature. After we receive the goods, we usually sign a delivery note to prove that weve taken the goods. Then we receive an invoice and we pay according to the invoice.,Nowadays
