2、失和人员伤亡。本文以国内建筑工程项目风险管理的现状为背景，首先阐述风险控制在国内外的发展历程，以及我国在这方面的研究存在的问题，再详细介绍了风险以及风险管理的相关过程，文中重点介绍了承包商建设项目施工风险控制的对策。承包商应根据风险及工程风险形成的不同原因，对在工程项目施工阶段的风险因素进行分析，对不同的风险采取不同的控制措施，有力的减轻项目风险给建筑承包商带来的损失，从而达到承包商工程建设的目标。关键词 ：承包商 施工风险 风险控制.AbstractConstruction contractors throughout the whole process of production and
