1、豫兴顶燃式热风炉 Catenary Dome Shaftless Hot Air Stove (CDSS),内燃式热风炉曾经是世界上最常见的一种热风炉的形式。蓄热室和燃烧室平行布局在同一个炉壳内。 这种热风炉结 构最大的缺陷在于这种燃烧室的布局和结构,会频繁出现 需要维修的故障。其六大缺陷是:由于燃烧室和蓄热室之间的温差效应: 燃烧室和格子砖蓄热室会串通发生“短路” 。这会导致一氧化碳溢出并降低热风温度; 燃烧室与蓄热室之间的隔墙弯曲下倾(香蕉效应),使得燃烧室和蓄热室相互损坏;另外: 燃烧室的温度高,会使耐火材料发生蠕变,导致燃烧室砖体、热风管拱门和热风炉燃烧器容易变形和受损; 由于燃烧室位

There are six defects:“Short circuit” or direct transfer of gases happens between combustion chamber and checker chamber. This causes outflow of non-burnt gases
