1、 沈阳化工大学本科毕业设计题 目: PGG388 散料收送机的三维设计 II院 系: 机械工程 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级: 0701 学生姓名: 指导教师: 论文提交日期: 年 月 日论文答辩日期: 年 月 日摘要摘要散料机械就是针对煤、粮食等散料的运输问题而设计制造的,旨在通过机械化设备代替人工,降低散料成本,增强其竞争能力。本设计是为了实现粮库和矿山等地的散地物料的收取和输送连续化,减小了工作量和中间的运输、储存成本。本文主要阐述了 PGG388 散料收送机的设计过程,着重介绍了一些主要部件的设计和计算。文献综述首先阐述了对于散料收送机优化设计的必要性,及对现有散料收送机产

2、品类型的简介。现有的类型有:皮带运输机又称皮带输送机、螺旋输送机、埋刮板输送机、板式输送机、气力输送机、斗式提升机、振动输送机等。全文主要为 PGG388 散料收送机的结构设计及相关强度计算。首先根据输送量的要求,确定带宽,带长;后计算整机所需功率,确定电机型号。转向滚筒的设计主要是确定滚筒的结构。转向滚筒位于机架尾部, 通过转向辊轴和划块固定在机架上。随后是托辊部分的设计,托辊是安装在机架上支撑平带的,它的机构与转向滚筒类似,只是把密封装置和轴承座改成一个钢制轴套,轴套里面放轴承, 外面用塑料密封。驱动滚筒的设计与转向滚筒类似。这一部分主要对轴及齿轮传动的强度进行强度校核。在 V 带的设计部

3、分,确定了带型、及带轮的中心距。第七章驱动反杠的设计。驱动反杠是减速器部分的中间装置,由轴和齿轮以及带轮组成,负责减速器的二级减速。第八章转向轮设计,转向轮是属于机架的行走部件,同时也负责整体机架的支撑和行走转向作用,它主要由固定支架和轮系组成。固定支架由螺栓连接在机架上,内装转动轴和轴承,顶部用闷盖密封,防止灰尘等杂物进入,降低轴和轴承的使用寿命。这部分的轴主要承受轴向载荷,径向载荷几乎为零,所以选用 45 号钢作为轴的材料,完全能承受所施加的轴向力,这部分轴不用校核。轴承所受的力和轴的完全一样,也是只有轴向力,并且作用在整个轴承的表面。它只有在旋转的时候才受较小的周向力,选用305 型号的

4、深沟球轴承完全能满足要求。为机架结构的设计,确定整个机架采用焊接结构。设计过程使用 UG 参数化建模,通过举例的方法,大体介绍了参数化建模的一般过程。具体例举了齿轮的参数化建模。通过使用 UG 表达式功能,在其中输入齿轮的相关参数及渐开线方程,之后使用样条曲线中的根据方程指令,生成精确的齿轮渐开线,从而绘制齿轮。关键词关键词: : 散料收送机; 输送机; 扒谷机; UGNX; 参数化设计AbstractBulk material machinery is in coal, grain and other bulk material to the transportation problem a
