4、煮糖使用)负压燃烧，室内布置。35t/h bagasse boiler adopts double drum, natural circulation mode, the main fuel is bagasse and minor fuel is lumber(which supply only at the mill maintenance time) , negative pressure, indoors disposed.炉膛底部布置炉排，炉排下面两侧墙各有三个一次风口。锅炉前墙0.00米标高以下布置了三台蔗渣喷燃设备，甘蔗渣通过三个燃烧器由热风喷入炉膛。The grate loca

7、助燃料为木材，负压燃烧，室内布置，前墙布置四个蔗渣喷燃设备，使甘蔗渣由热风播入炉膛并与炉底吹入一次风混合，在炉膛下部悬浮燃烧，由于炉膛有足够高温保证了蔗渣在炉膛中充分燃烧，足够的蒸发受热面，保证了机组的正常出力。45t/h bagasse boiler adopts double drum, natural circulation mode, the main fuel is bagasse and minor fuel is, negative pressure, indoors disposed, the front wall layout four baggase ignition de

10、筒内部采用旋风分离器，炉膛采用膜式水冷壁，过热蒸汽温度调节采用面式减温系统，减温水采用锅炉给水。平台为拉网板结构。This Boiler is outdoors located, double drum natural circulation, type layout. The air preheater is steel tubular, steel structure, the stern part is supported by steel frame, which can withstand 7 intensity of earthquake. There are cyclone separator inside the drum, the furnace chamber is membrane water wall, the
12、superheated steam is regulated by surface type attemperator, the cooling water is the cycled boiler feed water. The platform is web plate structure.,75t/h蔗渣煤粉锅炉 Bagasse & Coal Powder Boiler75t/h锅炉是专门为糖厂设计的蔗渣煤粉炉，主要燃料为甘蔗渣、煤粉，辅助燃料为柴油。两种主要燃料可以单独燃烧，或混烧。75t/h bagasse boiler is especially designed for suge
13、r plant, the main fuel is bagasse and coal power, the minor fuel is diesel oil. The bagasse and coal is allowable to be used as main fuel solely or together.锅炉为自然循环单汽包炉，采用型布置，钢构架，室内布置。炉膛分上、下两个燃烧区域，蔗渣燃烧器喷渣口布置在前墙下部，辅以链条炉排组织燃烧，上部的煤粉燃烧器采用四角切圆燃烧，利用炉排除渣。The boiler is natural circulation, single drum, type

15、harged by grate.锅炉炉墙分二种型式，炉膛部分为敷管炉墙，其它区域为护板轻型炉墙。The furnace wall are two types, the furnace chamber section is top supported water cooled wall, the other section is sectional plate supported water cooled wall.,90t/h蔗渣煤粉锅炉 Bagasse & Coal Powder Boiler,本锅炉为室外布置，单锅筒自然循环锅炉，采用“”型布置。前吊后支、固态排渣，制粉系统为钢球磨中间储仓
16、式。本锅炉在单烧煤粉时，采用直流式煤粉燃烧器。单烧甘蔗糠时，在炉膛下部前侧布置了前置炉室。甘蔗渣由布置在前置炉室上面的四个甘蔗渣喷渣装置喷播进入前置炉室。省煤器和空气预热器各为两级交错布置。针对本锅炉燃用两种燃料的特点，在尾部布置了烟气旁通烟道，以适应燃料变化需要。空气预热器为钢管式，构架采用钢结构，尾部为钢架支承结构。按7度地震设计，锅筒内部采用旋风分离器，炉膛采用膜式水冷壁，集中下降管，过热蒸汽温度调节采用面式减温系统，减温水采用锅炉给水。平台为栅格结构，采用水力冲渣装置。 This Boiler is outdoors located, single drum natural circu

The economizer and air preheater are both two stages and interlaced. For this type of boiler take both bagasse and coal powder as fuel, there also la
19、ys flue gas bypass tube at the stern section to meet the fuel shift requirement. The air preheater is steel tubular, steel structure, the stern part is supported by steel frame, which can withstand 7 intensity of earthquake. There are cyclone separator inside the drum, the furnace chamber is membrane water wall, bundle downcomer. The superheated steam is regulated by surface type attemperator, the cooling water is the cycled boiler feed water. The platform is web plate structure, the cinder discharger is waterpower cleaner.,
