1、中韩服务贸易发展的比较研究摘要近年来,第一产业与第二产业比重下降,但第三产业的比重越来越高,所以服务贸易在全球经济中占据越来越重要的位置，许多数据表明服务贸易大幅度推动了全球经济的发展。中韩两国同处东北亚经济圈,长期以来具有紧密的经济联系,是彼此间重要的贸易合作伙伴,这为两国缔结自由贸易协定(FTA)奠定了坚实经济基础。在中韩协定的框架下,将来两国的服务贸易将会变得非常重要。中韩贸易在彼此的贸易往来中占据重要地位。然而伴随发展而来的是中国经济增长方式的转变和国际贸易的结构性调整,这也给中韩贸易的发展带来诸多变数。所以本文首先通过分析中国贸易结构性变化、改革开放以来中韩服务贸易各个阶段的情况来了
2、解中韩服务贸易的发展,在此基础上将研究的重点放在对中韩贸易未来发展方向的探究以及中韩应如何共同应对挑战。本文通过引入大量的数据，对中韩服务贸易的经济发展阶段、规模、结构、各自的优势与劣势产业等进行分析研究，找出两国在进行产业内贸易过程中所存在的问题，扬长避短，借鉴他国的经验，展望中韩两国的服务贸易发展，提出自己的建议。中韩都期望未来更多经济交流和合作。服务业贸易作为贸易的一个重要组成部分必将促进交流的发展和影响转型的方向。中韩两国在服务贸易发展的大形势下面临着许多新的机遇，中韩应当更关注服务业贸易和相关的发展趋势来促进贸易的发展。关键词：服务贸易贸易结构 经济政策 优势产业AbstractIn

14、的位置，但是中国的服务贸易发展较为落后，结构不够完善，很长时间处于逆差的形势。因此中国急需改善服务贸易的现状，有学者就提出了“以扩大服务贸易推动经济转型”的观点。与此同时，中韩共同处在东北亚经济圈内，长久以来国与国之间进行着密切的经济往来，是重要的贸易合作伙伴，并且签订了有利于互助的协议（FTA） 。在中韩合作的大前提下，未来服务贸易将发展成为非常重要的领域，为了推动中韩两国的服务贸易发展，可以分析各自的政策和结构上的特点。韩国服务贸易的轨迹与中国有相似之处，所以中国可以吸取他国的优势与经验，补充自身的不足之处，找到适合自己的经济模式，改善服务贸易的现状，转型为服务贸易强国，提高国际经济地位。
15、2、文献综述文献综述（一）（一） 、国外研究状况、国外研究状况Lee sang-yeop 和 Choi young-cheol(2013)的研究证明，规模经济不适用于政府提供的公共服务，在韩国可以在不影响政府效率的前提下削减政府的五种运行费用，政府可以通过重组降低服务成本并提高竞争力2。Hwang Sang-In 和 Shin In-seok(2014)考察了银行业自由化对于韩国经济的影响，发现外国银行受韩国宏观经济的影响较小，从而可以为韩国本土企业提供稳定的贷款，外国银行的进入还可以优化竞争环境，从而促使本土银行改革，提高竞争力，因此，外国银行以商业存在的方式进驻韩国是有益的。为此，韩国银行
