Resuscitation-revive from apparent death or unconsciousness通过辅助患者心脏和肺的功能来施行抢 救。Adult CPR-Chest Compression成人心肺复苏胸外按压 Where to push: low half of the breastbone. 按压位置：胸
2、骨下半段。Chest Compression 胸外按压 PUSH HARD AND FAST! At least 100 times per minute. At least 5cm deep. Push straight down on the breastbone.用力按压！快速按压！至少每分钟100次，至少5厘 米深。垂直按压在胸骨上。After each compression, release the pressure to let the chest come back to normal position.每次按压后，需让胸廓充分回弹后再次按压。Normal Heart Beat
3、Mouth to Mouth Breathing 口对口呼吸Head Tilt-Chin Lift仰头举颏法Mouth to mouth breathing 口对口呼吸Open the air way-Head Tilt-Chin Lift仰头举颏法打开气道Do not press the soft tissues of the neck or under the chin to avoid pressing the airway.不要压迫颈部的软组织，以免压迫气道 。Giving Breaths-Pinch the nose closed. Creating an airtight seal
4、. Take a normal breath. Watch the chest rise as you give each breath. 吹气捏紧患者鼻子，嘴巴贴紧患者的 嘴巴不要漏气。正常吸入后吹气并观察 患者的胸部起伏。Adult CPR 1.Make sure the scene is safe.确定环境安全。2.Make sure the victim is lying on his back on a firm, flat surface.确定患者是躺在平坦而坚硬的平面上。Adult CPR 3.Kneel at the victims side. Tap the shoulder
5、 and shout to see if the victim responds.跪在患者的一侧，拍打患者肩膀并呼喊看其有 无反应。4.If the victim does not respond, yell for help. If no one comes, leave the victim to phone and get the AED if available. 如果患者无反应，应高声呼救，如果无人帮忙 ，应离开患者去打电话求助，取AED（自动体 外除颤器）。Adult CPR 5. Scan victims chest and abdomen for signs of breath
6、ing, use more than 5 seconds but no more than 10 seconds.用眼睛观察患者的胸部和腹部看有无呼 吸，观察至少5秒钟，不超过10秒钟。Adult CPR6.Start chest compression if no signs of breathing. 30 compressions.如果没有呼吸，马上开始胸外按压30次。7.Open the airway. Give 2 mouth-to-mouth breaths (1 second each). Compression to breathing ratio is 30 to 2. 开放

Do 5 cycles of CPR or for 2 minutes until leave the victim to call for help and g

11、 inside of the arm just above the elbow and just below the armpit. Pressure points of the leg are just behind the knee and in the groin. Keep your fingers flat.
