2、異稱之為 Mura。Page: 4Prepared by : CS DanielUpdated：* Printed Date：* Rev.1.0為何會有Mura產生？LCD Monitor主要的顯示原理：由一薄膜電晶體【 TFT】來控制液晶【LC】旋轉的角度，再經由光源 【 B/L 】透過不同角度排列之液晶所穿透之光源 透過彩色濾光片【CF】顯示出不同的顏色組合。Mura的產生理由主要是因為視覺上對於感受到的 光源有不同的頻率響應而感覺到顏色的差異。造成mura的原因：【1】CF製程 【2】TFT製程【3】LCD製程 【4】LCM製程Mura的成因Page: 5Prepared by : CS

4、age: 7Prepared by : CS DanielUpdated：* Printed Date：* Rev.1.0為何會有Mura產生就LCD製程而 言Cell gapcell gap的不均，偏高或偏低階會造成mura 的現象。Spacerspacer散佈的均勻性及spacer本身原材料的均 勻性都有可能影響mura的產生。Roller因機台roller的壓力過大或是roller上沾附異物 ，造成panel經過roller後而產生丸狀或條狀mura。Stage因機台stage吸力過大而造成吸附後形成stage mura ， 或stage的平整度不佳當經過製程機台後， 亦 有可能產生相關
5、性的mura。Mura的成因Page: 8Prepared by : CS DanielUpdated：* Printed Date：* Rev.1.0為何會有Mura產生就LCM製程而 言Roller因機台roller的壓力過大或是roller上沾附異物 ，造成panel經過roller後而產生丸狀或條狀mura。Vacuum因機台stage吸力過大而造成吸附後形成 stage mura。Black-lightB/L本身Film材不良或其他來料造成異常亦 會形成mura現象，通常以交叉驗證等方式確認B/L是否 有異常現象。Polarizer偏光板本身來料不良，造成偏貼後形成 Mura，通常更
