3、estors.4、登记机关要求提交的其它材料4. Other paperwork requested by the government.（二）合同（章程）审批Contract (Regulation) Examination & Approval1、投资者拟设立外资企业的申请报告（原件 1 份） ；1. Report on Establishment of a Foreign Funded Enterprise by the investors. (Original copy)2、法定地址及与法定地址分离的生产或经营场地的来源证明书（复印件 1 份） ；2. Certificate of L
4、egal Address and Source to Manufacture or Operation separate from legal address. (Copy)3、投资者材料（并提供中文翻译件） （原件） ；外国投资者主体资格证明应进行公证、认证。3.
