2、下现代公务员考录制度徐晶人力资源管理专业 文法 0903 班 学号 090408080指导教师 丰俊功 讲师摘摘 要要我国古代的科举制度从隋末到清初历经 1300 多年,是我国古代最主要的选官制度,它在我国封建社会占有重要地位发挥了不可替代的作用,科举制是值得后人发掘研究的一项课题,也可为现行公务员制度的完善提供借鉴。因此,我们通过唐朝科举考试的内容来发现其思想导向与人才选拔作用,以此为现行公务员制度的完善提供有利的条件和借鉴意义。在加强“考试”这一中心环节的前提下,对考试内容的合理规范和考试程序的进一步的完备,同时建立起考录制度的监督、管理体制,形成一整套行之有效的人才选拔机制。近年来,随着

3、国家公务员制度的不断发展完善,国家人事制度改革有了显著的成效,公务员考录制度作为是国家公务员制度的重要组成部分,是国家公务员任用的主要形式,为优秀人才的选拔和使用,发挥了积极的作用。在我国经过几十年的实践与探索,公务员考录制度取得了显著的成绩,但是与此同时也发现了存在的很多问题。本文从我国公务员考录的人才录用机制、考试内容与方法和考试监督体系,从唐代科举制度到现行的公务员考录制度认知层面进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策和措施,对我国公务员考录制度的完善有一定的现实意义。本论文一共包括五个部分:第一部分为引言,介绍本文选题的背景和意义、国内外研究现状及本文的研究方法和论文的主要内容;第二部分为唐朝

4、科举制度和现代公务员制度的基本概述。分别阐述了唐朝科举制度概述、公务员考录制度的概述;第三部分为唐朝科举制到现代公务员考录的历史嬗变。讲述了从科举制度看现代公务员考试制度的变迁。第四部分试论我国现行公务员考录制度存在的问题及原因探北京化工大学北方学院毕业设计(论文)III析。其归纳概括了我国公务员考录制度存在的问题,并且对我国公务员考录制度存在问题的成因进行剖析;第五部分提出唐朝科举制对我国公务员考录制度的完善对策。完善我国公务员考录制度的建议,分别从我国公务员考录制度所面临的实际问题,提出完善我国公务员考录制度的策略;第六部分为结论。总之,建设和完善我国公务员考录制度依然任重道远,而且需要解
