2、CTAION 1. The Chinese name of Constitution shall be中国侦探协会or 中侦协，and English name is known as Chinese Detectives Association or C.D.A.SECTAION 2. The Association shall be an independent, non-political and non-profit private investigator industry organization.SECTAION 3. The Association was found in 2
3、010 of August 26th, registered in Hong Kong.SECTAION 4. The Association working language may use Chinese, if conflict occurs between Chinese version and others in Bylaws, Chinese version shall prevail.SECTAION 5. The purposes for which the corporation is formed are: (1) To support and maintain the h
4、onor and interests of globe Chinese private investigator; create and safeguard a greater union ethical. (2) To establish and elevate the appropriate standards for practice; constraint improper and resolve dispute to ensure profession should obey the related laws, professional standards and bylaw; el
5、iminate unreliable, incompetence irresponsible and fictitious profession to enhance occupation standards.SECTAION 5 (3) To develop the collaboration and mutual trust between members; increase cohesion and competiveness with private investigator industry. (4) To launch cooperation and promote friendl
6、y exchanges with other organizations; dig out business requirement for the Chinese private investigator to gain higher international status.SECTAION 5 (5) To regain legal status and rights for private investigator whose interests may not be admitted and protected by the law; eliminate discrimination
7、 and prejudice from official or among the people. (6) Create the worlds most influential and authoritative portal, periodicals and other media to maximize the publicity and awareness for Chinese private detectives and expand its influence and competitiveness.SECTAION 5 (7) Set up the most authoritat
8、ive and influential detective award in recognition of outstanding Chinese private individuals, corporations; enhance occupation standards, professional level and operating creation by inspiring new comer and professions to contribute to the association and industry with greatest enthusiasm.SECTAION
9、5 (8) Establish global impact and credibility Detective Charity Foundation, Detective Public Hotline; advocate all owing spiritual totem of “Chivalrous”, shall have a strong sense of justice, ready to help and determination of doing good. (9) Build up Detective University or Institute and make well-
10、known, bringing up more talents and shall make huge progress on professional roadmap.SECTAION 5 (10) Promote “detective” or “private detective” professional in college within global scale; sponsor related institute or individual engaging in academic research; improve social status of private detecti
11、ve to strive for greater development and political demands. (11) Create globe private detective examination system and evaluation standard for whole industry and issue to qualified professional certification. Eliminate unreliable and fictitious profession to enhance occupation standards and gain sus
12、tainable development.SECTAION 5 (12) Form progressive culture of private detectives based on Chinese traditional culture, revealing charm of private detective with unique cultural idea so as to win the honor and respect all over the world. (13) Draft credit archives of individual occupation, set up
13、credit evaluation system, and eradicate profit-only, incredibility, unprincipled and the black sheep resolutely.SECTAION 5 (14) Create talent database, bring in outstanding profession and carry out support plan. (15) Organize and attend into detective professional competition, show to increase influ
14、ence to lead a better reputation.SECTAION 5 (16)Organize professional training to raise business and professional skills, promote specialization and industrialization.(17) Organize detective technique, theory, cultural study, compiled to record outstanding contribution and legend of pioneering.SECTA
15、ION 5 (18) Collect compiled cases from detective industry and form teaching materials to help wanted, organizations or individuals do learning and research. (19) Reward and support who wish to create literature, film, photography and painting relate artistic activity; improve the soft strength of th
16、e industry.SECTAION 5 (20) Conduct private detective industrys advisory service and exhibition activities, commission parties concerned in handling global benefit the development of private detective trade activities. (21) Carrying out other activities related with the associations purpose.SECTION 6. There shall be six (6) classes of membership: Associate membership, Certified Membe
