Training with machines, free weights or other forms of resistance can make you stronger, improve your appearance, strengthen your bones, and make everyday activities easier and safer. Although pure meditation is performed while sitting quietly, any activity can be performed in a meditative way with full attention to what youre doing. Some activities can more easily be done in a mindful, or meditative, way than

7、others. Strength training is one of these, because, when done properly, you are already engaging your mind. Also, each repetition only takes a few seconds, so its easier to keep your concentration than it would be for a longer activity.TUse Your HeadUse Your Head7 The benefits of meditation have bee

These benefits cannot be predicted and will vary from person to person.8 When using weight training as meditation, though, you can be sure you are improving your ability to concentrate.
