2、luncheon professionally and efficiently. 课程结束后,每人学员都能够掌握怎样专业高效地组织月度媒体 人员午餐会。Standard 标准:标准:1.The Marketing Communications Manager will organise the Press Luncheon on monthly basis. 公关部经理每月组织一次媒体人员午餐会。 2.Press Luncheon is to be organised with proper planning and careful selection of invitees. 举行午餐会之前

3、应做好充分准备并邀请相关的媒体人员。 3.Each attendant will be provided with the most recent brochures. 与会者都将收到最新的宣传资料。 4.The date has to be carefully selected to encourage maximum turn up and to avoid competition against another event or function in the city. 仔细选择午宴日期以便受邀的媒体工作人员都可以参加,避免 与本地的其他活动冲突。 5.The Policy & Pro

6、 the Director of Sales & Marketing 10 days prior to the Press Conference. 举行午餐会议 10 天前,公关部经理应将宴请媒 体工作名单上交给市场总监批准。 2.Upon approval, the MarCom Manager will send out invitation letter 5 days prior to the Press Conference. 名单得到批准后,公关部经理于举行宴请前 5 天 向媒体人员发出邀请函。 3.Invitation letter will state: a.Date & Tim

7、e b.Place, ballroom name c.Date of reply 邀请函应包括如下内容: a.日期及时间 b.地点,宴会厅名称 c.回复日期 4.The MarCom Coordinator will follow up with confirmation of attendance 4 days prior to the Press Conference. 公关部助理在举行午餐会 4 天前确认媒体工作人 员参加人数。 5.The MarCom Coordinator will make reservations at the outlets and advise the ou

8、tlet manager of the entertained party. 公关部助理将预订餐厅并通知餐厅经理。 6.The MarCom Manager will update all departments concerned any revision and amendments from time to time. 公关部经理与相关部门配合,随时通知基午宴的 最新情况。 7.If necessary, the MarCom Coordinator will call the attendants to check if pickup service is required. 如果需要
