2、基本理论框架、实践体系、研究方法以及该 领域的发展趋势。课程内容包括人力资源管理这样研究领域的理论来源和实践基础,雇员 的招聘、甄选、和开发培训,绩效评估,薪酬和福利管理,雇佣关系管理,工作与家庭, 跨国人力资源管理以及人力资源管理的新趋势。教学参考材料教学参考材料 1.
