2、、教育体系、制度建设和配套政策等多方面的限制，大学生公益创业发展面临着创业平台支持不足、资金投入不足、理论知识欠缺和实践锻炼机会少等多种困境，针对这些困境，文章基于市场失灵理论、治理理论和社会支持理论为基础，从政府、高校、社会组织和个人等四个维度，提出推动公益创业人才培养，发展社团组织，推进公益创业教育和完善相关政策法规等一系列对策。关键词：关键词：大学生；公益创业；体系；对策AbstractIIABSTRACTABSTRACTChina is now in the key period of system transition and social transition. 3、h the increase of public service and the concentrated reflection in social problems, as a new method to solve social problems and offer service, social entrepreneurship is now rising in China step by step. Social entrepreneurship means that person, social organization or network and so on pursue inn
4、ovation, efficiency and social benefits under the inspiration of social mission, social activities which build up new organizations, offer audience product or service and entity turning social public welfare undertakings more sustainable and competitive. Due to the limitation in school group, educat
5、ion system, system construction, related policy and other aspects, undergraduate social entrepreneurship faces the troubles including the lack of social entrepreneurship stage support, financial investment, theory knowledge, practical chances and so on.
