1、I摘摘 要要某硫金矿中金的嵌布粒度粗细不均,以细粒包裹金为主,分别包裹在磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿和毒砂中,其中毒砂是主要的载金矿物。现场首先采用常规浮选方法回收金,金精矿中含砷量过高,对选金尾矿进行磁选回收磁黄铁矿和浮选回收黄铁矿,并未回收毒砂,致使毒砂中的包裹金损失于尾矿中,且硫精矿中含砷量超标,存在金的回收率低和精矿质量不高等问题,不利于精矿的销价与销售,严重影响企业的经济效益。本文研究的主要目的是降低金精矿中的含砷量,提高金精矿质量和金的回收率,兼顾提高硫精矿质量,降低硫精矿中的含砷量。本论文提出采用先磁后浮的总工艺流程,金采用半优先快速浮选工艺、硫砷采用依次优先浮选工艺的改进流程。从两方面着手

2、来提高金的回收率,一方面是提高金浮选部分的金的回收率,这部分首先是通过磁选回收磁黄铁矿,磁尾采用半优先快速浮选工艺回收金,其优点是先磁后浮流程不仅提高了金浮选的入选品位,减少了夹杂,有利于金精矿质量的提高,同时还能减少金浮选的药剂用量;半优先快速浮选回收金,能早收多收可浮性好的金,减少这部分金在浮选作业的过度循环致使可浮性下降,有利于金回收率的提高。另一方面通过硫砷分离回收载金矿物毒砂来提高金的回收率,硫砷分离部分采用含铜酸性废水代替硫酸活化黄铁矿,新型高效抑制剂 Y-As 能有效进行毒砂与黄铁矿的分离回收,通过回收毒砂中的包裹金,减少了金在尾矿中的损失,提高了金的回收率,同时降低了硫精矿中的

3、砷含量,提高了硫精矿质量。通过闭路试验,金浮选部分获得加权金精矿中金品位为 21.22g/t、回收率为 51.99%,含砷 0.69%,通过硫砷分离回收毒砂中的包裹金最终获得砷金精矿中金品位为 10.22g/t,回收率为 18.51%,尾矿中金的损失率为 4.99%。与采用现场浮-磁-浮的流程闭路试验相比,最终金的回收率提高了 22.66%,金在尾矿中的损失率减少了 15.41%,金精矿中含砷量减少了 0.36%,硫精矿中的含砷量减少了 0.13%。可见通过对现场流程的改进,金的回收率大大提高了,同时又节约了药剂成本、提高了精矿质量,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。关键词:关键词:快速浮选;精矿质

Thatisbad for the priceand salesofconcentrates and has a strong impactoneconomic performance of enterprisesbecause of low recovery of gold and quality of concentrates.Thepapers main aimisto reduce the arsenic co

7、ntent of gold concentrate, increase thequality of gold concentrate and the gold recovery with due consideration to improve the qualityof sulfur concentrate.The thesis adopted a main-process stream of magnetic-flotation, the part ofAu recovery using the flowsheetofspeed flotation and the part of S-As

And Au recovery was improved by the two ways, for one thing, to improve the recoveryof Au flotation, a flowsheet of magnetic-flotation was adopted, namely, pyrrhotite was firstlyrecoveredbymagnetic and then Au was flotation. Using this flowsheet can notonlyimpro

9、ve thefeed gradeofgold ore, whichishelpful to increase the qualityofgold concentrate, but also cansave the reagent usage of Au flotation.Besides, the flowsheet of speed flotation can recover goldwith good floatability early and largely, and avoid thegoldfloatability of this part becoming badbecause

10、of over circle during flotation operation. For another thing, the gold carriers-arsenopyritewas recovered to improve the recoveryofgoldbythe separation of pyrite and arsenopyrite.Thepyrite and arsenopyrite was separated effectively with waste acid containing copper insteadofsulfuric acid andY-Asas t

11、he depressor. The loss of gold in tailings was reduced and the recoverywas improved through recover the fine-grain gold in arsenopyrite. Besides, the qualityofsulfurconcentrate was improved becauseofreduction of the arsenic content.Bythe closed circuit experiment, the weighted gold concentrate with

12、21.22g/t Au, 0.69%Asand 51.99%of Au recovery was obtained for the part of flotation, the arsenic concentration withgold was gainedwith10.22g/t Au and 18.51%of Au recovery, and the loss of gold in tailings wasonly 4.99%. Comparingwiththe flowsheet of flotation-magnetic-flotationofthe plant, therecove
