2、和借阅。同意学校向国家有关部门或机构送交论文的复印件和磁盘。 （保密的学位论文在解密后适用本授权说明） 学位论文作者签名： 导师签名： 签字日期： 年 月 日 签字日期： 年 月 日 摘摘 要要 近几年来，莱芜市的经济和社会发展较快。随着人口及工业逐渐增多，用水量越来越大，污水排放急剧增加。特别是市区北部嘶马河和莲河南岸汇水区域，由于缺乏完善的污水收集和处理系统，致使城市河道受到污染，环境保护问题日益严重，因此急需建设污水处理厂和配套污水管道。 根据实际需要，莱芜市委市政府决定在磁莱铁路以南、嘶马河与莲河交界处建设莱芜市第三污水处理厂。该项目服务范围为莲河南分区、莲河北分区、嘶马河北及电厂片区
3、。工程近期规模为 2 万 m3/d，远期为 4 万 m3/d。参考东、西百乐克污水处理厂，确定了该厂的进水水质。 针对该工程进水水质为： BOD5180mg/L、 CODCr380mg/L、 SS250mg/L、TN40mg/L、TP4.0mg/L、pH69，对 A2/O、SBR 工艺和氧化沟工艺进行比选，最终推荐选择 A2/O 工艺。该工艺处理后能满足国家现行城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准 （GB18918-2002）一级 A 标准。尾水经二氧化氯消毒后排入莲河，污泥经机械脱水后委托当地电厂焚烧。 本工程的建设，使莲河和嘶马河的受污染程度大大降低，避免污水直排进入莲河进而污染东平湖，保证了南水
4、北调工程的水质要求。本工程的建设还可以提高当地环境容量，促进当地经济、贸易和旅游等全面发展，为当地实施碧水蓝天工程、建设流域治理示范区和生态市建设奠定坚实的基础。 关键词：关键词：脱氮除磷 污水处理厂 设计参数 工艺研究 ABSTRACT In recent years, the economy and society of the city Laiwu have been developing rapidly. With the gradual increase of population and industry, gradually water consumption has becom
5、e increased gradually, and the emission of waste water is increased sharply. This is true particular to areas such as Sima River in the north of the city and the watershed at the south bank of Lianhe River. The riverway of the city has been severely polluted due to lack of perfect waste water collec
6、tion and management system. Environmental problems have become worse and worse. Therefore, sewage treatment plants and related waste water pipelines are in urgent need. In accordance with practical needs, Laiwu municipal government decided to establish Laiwu 3rd Sewage Treatment Plant in the south o
7、f Ciyao-Laiwu Railway and the junctions of Sima River and Lianhe River. This project aims to provide service to south region and north region around Lianhe River, north region of Sima River and the Power Plant region. The scale of the project in the short term is 20 000 m3/d and is expected to reach
8、 40000 m3/d in the long term. The inlet water quality is referred to the East and West Biolak Sewage Treatment Plant. The quality of inflow water is BOD5180mg/L,CODCr380mg/L,SS250mg/L,TN40mg/L,TP4.0mg/L and pH69. SBR process is finally selected by comparing A2/O, SBR process and oxidation ditch proc
9、ess. Water treated with this technology will meet with standard A according to the present “Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant” (GB 18918-2002). Wastewater will be poured into the Lianhe River after being sterilized by ClO2, and sludge, dewatered by machines in
10、 treatment plant, will be burnt in local power plant. This project has made Lianhe River and Sima River less polluted to a large extent and has improved the local environment effectively. It has also protected waste water form pouring directly into Lianhe River and polluting Dongping Lake, and has g
11、uaranteed the quality of the South-to-north water diversion project. It can also improve the local environmental capacity and promote the all-round development of local economy, trade and tourism, laying a solid foundation for the project of clear water and blue sky, building the model area of water
