2、建设研究 石家庄市环城水系项目设计团队的建设研究 摘摘 要要 目前，项目管理在我国已经有很多领域开始采用，但是在设计院内部，关于项目管理还没有得到很好的实施。随着全国勘察设计行业改企的推广，如何提高设计院的经济效益，对设计院实行企业化管理，推行项目管理是其中重要的一方面，如何更好的推广项目管理模式，通过管理出效益，建立高效的项目管理团队，就显得非常重要。 本文通过案例研究的方法，在文献综述的基础上，深挖案例证据，通过深层分析和归纳得出最后研究结论，首先分析了论文研究的背景及意义，研究思路与方法，然后在第二章介绍了有关项目团队建设的相关理论，如：项目团队组建及特点理论，具体包括项目团队的组建；项
3、目团队的特点；项目团队的职责；介绍了开发高效项目团队的理论；介绍了团队的发展阶段理论，介绍了项目团队建设过程中的考核激励机制及影响团队凝聚力的重要因素；第三章是本文的重点，着重介绍了石家庄环城水系项目设计团队的组织建设，分别介绍了项目的基本情况及项目团队的特点； 项目团队建设的目标； 项目团队建设的原则；项目团队组织结构的选择，项目实施过程中的分工与协作；项目团队的组建过程及步骤。第四章，项目设计团队发展与管理，分别介绍了项目团队发展中的沟通管理；项目团队发展中的冲突管理及解决方式；项目团队发展中的绩效考核方式；项目团队发展中的团队文化建设，项目组建过程中遇到的问题及解决措施。第五章得出本文研
