2、的地位,为了充分了解影响建筑节能的主要因素和实施建筑节能对实现马鞍山市“十一五”期间节能减排目标的贡献率有多大,本论文进行了相关的研究与探讨。论文的主要内容包括:建筑节能相关知识的概述,能耗理论的简介及能耗模拟方法的选择,基本模型的建立及分析,节能量的计算等等。具体内容及成果如下:1.在充分了解建筑能耗分析软件 DeST 的功能、基本原理的基础上,通过 DeST建筑能耗软件模拟及一元线性回归方法,研究了围护结构的变迁对于建筑能耗的影响,得到了安徽省四个城市(安庆、合肥、蚌埠和马鞍山)的居住建筑采暖、空调及全年总耗电量的预测方程,通过分析得知:(1)城市住宅外墙、外窗、屋顶和地面的传热系数与全年

3、空调、采暖及总耗电量都成一次线性关系,相关系数大部分都在 0.98 以上。(2)马鞍山市住宅外墙、外窗、屋面和地面的变迁对节能目标的贡献率分别为 11.97%、21.25%、2.63%和 0.05%,总计 35.90%,已经实现了围护结构整体节能35%的目标。2.该文通过采信法定机构发布的统计数据,设定“十一五”期间马鞍山市建筑节能工作情景,分析测算了马鞍山市“十一五”期间建筑能耗发展情况、建筑能耗及节能量指标,并计算了该期间实现节能目标的直接经济和环境影响,计算结果表明:(1)在本文设定的建筑节能情景下,“十一五”期间马鞍山市建筑节能总量为 52.90 万吨标煤,共节省 49831.8 万元

4、,共减排 54.35 万吨二氧化碳、2993.4 吨二氧化硫、178.1 吨 PM10。(2) 马鞍山市“十一五”建筑节能对马鞍山市 2010 年实现万元 GDP 能耗比“十五”期末降低 18%以上目标的贡献率为 4.18%,二氧化硫排放比“十五”期末降低 10%目标的贡献率为 17.56%。关键词关键词:建筑节能 节能量 能耗模拟 贡献率ABSTRACTBuilding energy efficiency has played more and more important role in sustainable development,it is studied and discussed

5、 in this paper so as to understand the main factor that affects energy saving and the contribution ratio of building energy efficiency for Maanshan in “11th Five-Year Plan” to the target of energy saving and emission reduction sufficiently. The paper mainly includes: summarizing knowledge about buil

6、ding energy efficiency, the theory of energy consumption is briefly introduced and the choice of energy simulation method, building basic model, calculating energy saving quantity, and so on. the specific contents and fruits are as follows:1.Based on understanding functions and basic principle of bu

7、ilding energy simulation-analysis software-DeST fully, Using the dynamic energy simulation software of DeST method, the effect of the variance of enclosure structure on the building energy consumption is studied .also three multiple linear regression equations which could indicate the relationships

8、among the electricity consumption of air condition , heating and the sum of both in a whole year for four cities(Anqing,Hefei,Bengbu,Maanshan) of Anhui province are achieved. The result is as follows:(1) A sublinear relationship exists between the heat transfer coefficient and the annual electricity

9、 consumption of air condition, heating and the sum of both, most of the correlation coefficient is above 0.98.(2) The contribution rate to the energy efficiency goal reached by the variance of the external wall, external window, roofing and ground in Maanshan is 11.97%、21.25%、2.63% and 0.05% respect

10、ively, the total is 35.90%,the target of overall energy-saving 35% is achieved.2. In this paper, the developing situation of building energy consumption, building energy consumption and energy-saving index for Maanshan in “11th Five Plan” are analyzed and calculated through the statistics date publi

11、shed by statutory bodies and pre-setting work scenarios of energy efficiency for Maanshan in ”11th Five-Year Plan”. The direct economic and environmental effect of the energy efficiency goal for maanshan in “11th Five-Year Plan” is also analyzed and calculated in the paper. Calculating result indica

12、tes:(1) Under the pre-setting work scenarios of energy efficiency in this paper, the total energy saving quantity is 52.90 million tons of standard coal, altogether saves 49831.8 million yuan, a total of 54.35 million tons of dioxide emission reduction, 2993.4 tons of sulfur dioxide and 178.1 tons o

13、f PM10 emission reduction.(2) Energy efficiency for maanshan in “11th Five-Year Plan” payed 4.18% contribution ratio to the target of 18% less energy consumption and 17.56% contribution ratio to the target of 10% less sulfur dioxide rejection per 10,000RMB GDP till 2010 compared to 2005 under the pr
