3、是除去某些原料、半成品中的水分或溶剂,使物料便于包装、运输、贮藏、加工和使用。目前，国内干燥机的种类很多，按干燥机的构造分，主要有以下几种：喷雾干燥机、流化床干燥机、气流干燥机、回转圆筒干燥机、滚筒干燥机、各种厢式干燥机等。打散滚筒干燥机是在常规滚筒干燥机的基础上开发的新型干燥设备，通过增加打散和破碎功能，极大地拓展了常规滚筒的使用范围，在保留转筒的处理量大、运行平衡的优点的同时，能处理粘性物料，膏糊状物料。打散滚筒干燥机的应用广泛,可被广泛地应用于化工、酿造、制造、制药、肥料、城市污泥处理等方面。打散滚筒的设计是一向具有实际意义的工作。本文是根据干燥过程的基本原理，针对其它机型的特点和社会的
4、需求，在已有成功设计实例的基础上，参考以前设计者的经验和结论，进行的设计。由于该机型已有成功应用，因此本文在设计时引用了其他一些设计老师的实验方法和结论。本论文主要是从以下几个方面介绍打散滚筒干燥机的设计。首先，介绍国内外干燥技术的应用，概括本项设计的设计背景，从干燥机的生产能力和特点出发，确定出整体设计方案。第二步进行机械结构的设计，包括传动部分的设计和校核，轴的形状和尺寸的确定和校核和轴承的寿命计算等。第三步确定其他零件的尺寸和形状，利用CAXA 绘制零件图、部分装配图和整体装配图。关键词：干燥机，打散滚筒，破碎。AbstractThe application of drying tech
