2、要作用就是满足用户对房屋排水、防水、隔热、保温的要求。屋面不能有渗漏和积水现象，同时做完屋面后还应使屋面具有美化的功能。屋面施工质量的好坏、优劣关系到建筑物的使用寿命。假使屋面发生漏水、渗水，会给人们生活带来很多不便，不但造成经济上的严重损失，而且直接影响人民的正常生活。所以保证屋面工程质量，设计是前提，材料是基础，施工是关键，维修管理是保证。只有严把材料关，精心设计，精心施工，才能保证屋面工程质量，才能给用户营造一个良好的生活或工作环境。关键词: 屋面工程：防水工程：Roofing engineering quality directly affect the building life,

10、9 结 论.30 谢 辞.31 参考文献.32第 5 页 共 32 页第一章 绪论1.1 屋面工程的概述自古以来，屋面防水和保温是建筑功能很重要的组成部分。早在原始社会，人类就知道居洞穴、 搭草棚以避风雨，到过去以瓦片为主要防水材料的坡屋面防水结构，而如今，平屋面的出现并逐渐 取代坡屋面成为主要的屋面形式。平屋面以其材料，筑造优势，自成一道防水保温构造体系，但是， 工程实践证明，由于结构板直接暴露在大气中，温差变形、结构变形、混凝土的收缩等因素使板面 产生较多裂缝，不但造成严重渗漏，降低保温效果，而且危机结构的安全。所以，为解决这一问题， 我们需要不断总结经验教训，不断提高建造工艺，建造材料质
11、量，用科学的手段来保证屋面工程问 题的质量。1.2 屋面施工常见技术问题防水、保温以及屋面冬期施工工程都是建筑工程的重要组成部分，其工程质量的好坏，直接影响着建筑物和构筑物的使用寿命，影响着人们正常的生活秩序。目前，我国在防水保温材料、设计、施工和使用维护等方面仍存在不足，建筑工程的屋面漏雨、厕浴间漏水、地下室和外墙板板缝渗漏等现象，依然是常见的质量“通病”。1990 年，国家建材局和建设部调查统计，发现我国城市建筑的渗漏率高达 70%；1991 年，建设部对全国 100 个大中城市 19881990 年内竣工的 2072 栋建筑进行调查，有 725 栋存在渗漏问题，渗漏率为 35%。近年来，防水保
