1、带式输送机带式输送机 平皮带输送机具有带式输送机的一般结构和特性，一般适用于形状不规则，重量较轻的物体 输送，比如邮包、衣服、纸制品、塑料制品等。 皮带输送机由驱动张紧装置、皮带线体和电器控制装置组成。驱动张紧装置包括电机（马达） 、 齿轮减速机、电机链轮、驱动链条、主动滚筒链轮、主动滚筒、从动滚筒、改向滚筒、张紧架、 动力箱、链罩组成；皮带线体包括工作皮带、承托滚（或承托板） 、护边、支架、地脚（或脚轮） 、 护栏（可选） ；简单的电器控制功能有启动、停止、急停、变频调速等。 皮带输送机输送平稳，物料与输送带间没有相对运动，能够避免对输送物的损坏；与其它输 送 机相比噪音较小，适合于工作环境
