3、许多有益的尝试，但目前在这一领域仍处于起步阶段。在我国的特殊国情下，信息技术外包实施过程中出现许多国外银行业没有遇到过的实际问题急需解决。研究希望通过对 C 银行信息技术外包的具体问题进行分析，联系相关理论并结合国内外信息技术外包的发展情况和具体案例，提出完善 C 银行信息技术外包的具体对策，为我国其他银行进行信息技术外包提供有实际意义的借鉴和参考。本研究首先对信息技术外包产生和发展的基础理论进行阐述，分析信息技术外包的必要性和必然性。其次，研究商业银行的信息技术外包，包括内涵、分类、特点和模式以及风险控制方法，以便更全面和深入地了解商业银行的信息技术外包。然后，对 C银行的信息技术发展情况进
4、行研究，结合信息技术外包实施的具体过程，分析 C 银行目前信息技术外包存在的具体问题。再次，分析国内外信息技术外包的发展情况和具体案例，总结国内外银行业进行信息技术外包的实践经验。最后，通过对 C 银行信息技术外包实践的研究和探索，提出完善 C 银行信息技术外包的具体对策。关键词：商业银行信息技术外包问题对策IINFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OUTSOURCING OF C BANKABSTRACTAlong with the vigorous development of financial industry and the acceleration ofinformation
5、 technology revolution, in order to upgrade the level of information technologyand focus on improving the core competitiveness, Chinas Banks are increasingly outsourcinginformation technology services. Although there have been many attempts to outsourceinformation technology services in Chinas Banks
6、, at present banking outsourcing is still at apreliminary stage. In Chinas special conditions, many practical problems arising frominformation technology services outsourcing that foreign banks will not encounter need to besolved. This paper first analyzes the concrete problems of C banks informatio
7、n technologyoutsourcing. Then connected to relevant economic theories and combined with situations andspecific cases of domestic and foreign information technology outsourcing, this paperproposes specific countermeasures to improve C banks information technology outsourcing.This paper offers benefic
8、ial reference and experience to other Chinas banks.First of all, this paper explains the basic theory of the emergence and development ofinformation technology outsourcing, and analyzes the necessity and inevitability ofinformation technology outsourcing. Secondly, the paper studies commercial banks
9、information technology outsourcing, including its connotation, classification, characteristics,modes and risk control methods, so that there is a more comprehensive and in-depthunderstanding of commercial banks information technology outsourcing. Then this paperdiscusses the development of informati
10、on technology in C bank. Combined with the specificprocess of the implementation of information technology outsourcing, concrete problemsexisting in C banks information technology outsourcing are analyzed. Next, this paperanalyzes the situations and specific cases of domestic and foreign information
11、 technologyoutsourcing, and summarizes the experiences of domestic and foreign banking outsourcing ofinformation technology.
