3、了巨大贡献，因此，从金融角度出发，借助首都经济圈的效力提高北京周边贫困地区的居民收入成为本文所试图研究解决的问题。北京作为我国的重要政治、经济、文化中心，在改革开放以来得到了飞速的发展，但其快速发展的效应并没有完全辐射到它的周边地区，与北京城仅一线之隔的地区仍存在国家级的贫困县，当地的居民收入与首都居民收入差距甚大，成为我国快速发展下贫富差距扩大的不容忽视的例证。 本文从金融角度出发，以首都经济圈为研究范围，通过对北京与首都经济圈贫困地区居民收入、金融条件的比较分析，发现贫困地区的居民缺少金融服务、缺少符合自身的金融产品、缺少相关的金融信息来源、缺少基本金融常识等诸多不足。通过与首都及国外的比
4、较分析，本文为帮助首都经济圈的居民提高收入，提升贫困地区居民的生活水平，分别从资源方面、制度层面、体系层面、产品创新层面、金融教育几个角度提出一些看法。希望可以利用首都经济圈的建设，使北京效应加快辐射到周边的地区，带动并促进周边贫困地区的金融发展，更好的提高贫困地区的居民收入。 关键词 首都经济圈贫困地区 居民收入 金融支持 Abstract IIAbstract The development of the circle of economy around the capital since 2011 makes great contributions to our society, how
5、 to use the chance to raise residents income in some poor areas around our capital-Beijing is the issue of this paper. Beijing, as our the most important political, economic and cultural center, has got rapid development, but its effect has not fully get to its surrounding areas, some areas next to
6、Beijing are state-level poverty. Residents income in local has great difference compared with Beijing rural residents income; this is the fact that can not be ignored. So, form the point of view of finance, we pick out the circle of economy around the capital-Beijing, through the analysis of the com
7、parison between peoples income and financial environment in Beijing and in poor areas, we found that people in poor areas cannot get financial services easily, dont have suitable financial productions, and have no financial common sense. Hoping to help the residents in poor areas raise their income
8、and then they can have better life, we propound suggestions form five aspects such as resource, system, the innovation of product, financial education. We hope Beijing effect can quickly get its surrounding areas, drive and promote financial development in poor areas around. Then we can not only nar
9、row the gap between the rich and the poor, but also promote the harmonious of our society, this is better to our sustainable development of our economic and social, to make a more civilized society, make our people feel more happy.
