2、商品性能和价格激烈竞争的市场环境。因此,企业要想生存和发展,必须从市场经济的要求和市场环境的变化出发,调整自己的发展战略,在调整过程中进行一系列创新探索。企业进行持续而有效创新的能力已经成为企业成功的决定性因素。创新,对企业创新而言,主要是指新知识被首次运用于新的产品或生产过程的问世,向市场推出新品,并找到与之相适应的商业运作模式.进而提高市场竞争力和市场占有率,开拓新的市场。创新是一个企业进步的灵魂,是企业兴旺发达的不竭动力。我国的科技型中型企业在促进国民经济发展和保持社会稳定等方面发挥着重要的作用,已经成为新的经济增长点。然而,我国的科技型中型企业的管理创新和技术创新能力还相对弱小,以继续

15、天通信技术有限公司管理与技术创新研究第1页 共 35 页第一章 海天公司背景简述1.1 引言海天通信技术有限公司是一家专业从事数据通信、网络及安全设备的研制、生产、销售和服务的国家级重点高新技术企业。经过 10 年的经营与发展，海天通信已经形成了完善的研产销体系和服务网络，在全国各地设立了 10 个营销大区、30 个分支机构，拥有员工 1000 余人，是目前中国最优秀的数据通信设备供应商之一。在 10 年时间内，海天公司的资产扩大了 200 多倍，这不能不说是个奇迹。海天公司是一家从事移动基站天线研发和生产的民营高科技企业，1994 年 10月，海天通讯设备有限公司成立了，它的第一桶金来自于 PHS 天线：著名的青岛朗讯开始生产PHS设备后， 该设备的首批基站天线就指定使用海天公司的PHS天线。经过 3 个月激烈的价格战，1994 年海天公司抢得了国内 PHS 基站天线市场 90%以上的份额。目前海天成为占国内 PHS 领域市场份额最大的两家公司UT斯达康、朗讯的最大天线供应商。通过引进风险投资，实施股份制改造，海天公司有了雄厚的资金做支持，海天天线差异化的战略得以实施，但是”差异化”对公司所具有的新产品研究开发能力提出了较高的要求。于是，海天公司专门成立了海天研究院，研发人员相继达到 150 多人，下设多个专业研究所：全向天线所、定向天线所、智能天线所、射频器
