5、rder 大會指定貨運代理 (普通貨品) Official Travel Agent 大會指定旅行社 Agility Fairs and Toys 2. The Council will allocate/assign show timeslots; 3. Full payment of the said fee is required to confirm participation. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded (except to participants who are not assigned any slots); 4. Each
6、 participant must submit a current company profile plus design concept and other information about the show collection for publicity purpose; 5. The Council will draw up the show related work schedule garment collection, fitting, rehearsal, move-in, move-out - which participants must strictly follow
7、; in general, 1 hours for fitting and 1 hours for rehearsal in a specified venue will be arranged; 6. Each participant must assign a coordinator to work closely with the Council regarding show participation and production; a coordinator must be on-site at the show venue to be responsible for deliver
8、ing/collecting all garments and accessories (all show garments delivered must be on hangers); 7. Each participant will bear the responsibility for the necessity and cost of insurance coverage for the show garments/accessories; HKTDC will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of any such pro
9、ducts; 8. Through quotations/tenders or other selective procedures, HKTDC will recruit all models, work crew and supporting parties, including production house. They will then be assigned to help the participants with the show arrangements; 9. Participants are advised against staging an exclusive me
10、nswear show as choice of professional male models on the mainland is limited; 10. Participants must advise the proportion of female and male models at the time of fee payment; once confirmed, no change is allowed; 11. Each participant is responsible for providing the necessary accessories, including
11、 footwear, to go with the show pieces; 12. All show garments should be made according to model sizes and measurements provided by the Council. The Council reserves the discretion to reject any show pieces that are found to be inappropriate or failing to meet the required standards; 13. The Council w
12、ill arrange for photography and video coverage of all shows and will retain the copyright in these visual materials. Therefore the Council is free to distribute, reproduce and use these photographs and videos in any way it feels necessary with no royalty or payment to any participants. *Show partici
