2、al Date of Defence： June, 2011 Degree-Conferring-Institution： Harbin Institute of Technology 摘 要 - I - 摘 要 中国是一个人口大国，是世界上第一个将计划生育写入宪法的国家，并在控制人口上取得了巨大的成果。遵循历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的原则，本文通过史料梳理、综合研究和比较分析三种方法对周恩来人口思想进行了深入研究，主要追寻了其思想产生的现实背景和理论起源，从控制人口数量、提高人口质量、调节城乡人口迁移等多个角度深入研究了其思想的主要内容，分析了周恩来人口思想的特点，并科学评价了周恩来的人口思
3、想，肯定了重要历史地位。 全文共分三个部分：第一部分，周恩来人口思想产生的社会背景和理论依据。社会背景是周恩来人口思想产生的“根” ，理论依据就是其产生的“源” ，主要包括马克思主义人口理论、马尔萨斯的人口原理和马寅初的新人口论三个方面。 第二部分，周恩来人口思想的主要内容。从两个部分进行介绍，首先是周恩来对人口思想的立场，表现为控制人口的必要性和紧迫性。其次是周恩来控制人口思想的观点，即保护妇女权益、计划生育、科教工作及城乡人口迁移，同时，他对人口与民族、农村和外交的关系也作了必要的论述。 第三部分，周恩来人口思想历史地位。通过纵向时间梳理的方法，可以知道，周恩来人口思想承接了国内外先进的科
4、学人口思想，在持续的宣传和推动工作中，对后来的邓小平实行计划生育有巨大的启示意义。周恩来人口思想是马克思主义人口理论中国化的重要成果和计划生育的重要方针。 笔者认为对周恩来人口思想进行研究，有助于认清新中国刚建立的那一段历史，特别是对把握周恩来如何同错误的思想作斗争并推动正确的人口政策得以施行，具有重要的意义和作用。 关键词：周恩来；人口；计划生育；历史研究 Abstract - II - Abstract As a populous country, China is the first country who written family planning into the constit

Though Summary of historical materials, comprehensive research and comparative analysis, this paper studied population thoughts of Zhou Enlai. I

More details were showed through three aspects which were control the population, improving population quality, and urban to rural migration.This paper analysis the characteristics of the population thoughts of Zhou Enlai. This made a scientific

It is the Marxist theory of population in Chinas major achievements and important principle of family planning.
