1、 新建本科院校大学生社会实践长效机制研究 新建本科院校大学生社会实践长效机制研究 摘 要 摘 要 社会实践教育和学校课堂教育是高等教育体系的两个基本组成部分，大学生参加社会实践己经成为当代大学生了解社会、认识国情、增长才干、锻炼毅培养品格、增强社会责任感的一种重要方式，同时也是大学生成长、成才的重要力、途径，具有课堂教学不可替代的作用。随着时代的发展，大学生社会实践的内容和形式、运行模式和机制建设等都出现了新的要求。作为新建本科院校，其办学定位和培养目标大都是为地方培养生产和管理一线的应用型高级人才。要实现这个教育目标，加强和推进大学生社会实践活动尤为重要。但很多地方新建本科高校由于办学历史相
2、对较短，办学条件有限或重视程度不到位等原因，与老牌本科院校相比，新建本科院校对学生创新能力、实践动手能力的培养还存在较大差距，学生社会实践活动的机制构建尚停留在起步阶段，缺乏可传承、可操作、可持续发展的长效机制，一定程度上制约了学校社会实践活动的发展。因此，加强新建地方本科院校大学生社会实践长效机制研究显得尤为重要。 本研究第一章对课题研究背景进行阐述，第二章对大学生社会实践活动的一些基本理论进行了概述，包括对新建本科院校开展大学生社会实践活动的必要性、社会实践的特点以及开展社会实践的重要意义等；第三章通过实证研究，对新建本科院校大学生社会实践活动现状以及原因进行论述，总结了成绩，指出了不足，
3、剖析了原因；第四章就新建本科院校如何构建长效机制、进一步做好大学生社会实践活动提出具体对策和思考。主要包括深化认识，为社会实践营造良好的社会环境；精心谋划，创新大学生社会实践的主题和模式；完善体系，构建五化机制，推进大学生社会实践长效机制建设。 关键词：关键词：大学生社会实践；机制建设；新建本科院校 The Study on Long-acting Mechanism of Students social Practice in Newly Undergraduate Colleges ABSTRACT Education of the social practices and the cla

5、al responsibility.And also,it has become a role that cannnot be replaced by the classroom-teaching.With the development of times,the details and the forms, the running mode and the mechnism construction of the social practice need to be improved.As a newly undergraduate college, both of the oritenta
6、tion and the objective are training the preson to be a appilcation based workforce in producing and managing which to meet the need of the local place.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to strengthen and impel the construction of social practice.But due to the short history and less experiences,th
7、e limited conditions and lacking of consideration,it still have a far cry between the newly undergraduate college and the renowned ones in nuturing the ability of innovation and hand skills.Consider it deliberately, it is rooted in the loss of the mechnism,without the persistent,useful and continuea
8、ble long-acting mechanism in social practice,the development of the activity in university cannot be improve better.So, it is very important to strengthen the construction of social practice in newly undergraduate college。 Chapte One will introduce the background of this study;Chapter Two will prese
9、nt some basic theory of the college students social practice including the character, the necessity and the importance of the social practice.Chapter Three,which through the study of the living cases, summarize the current situation and the cause, point the lacking part and the reason why.Chapter Fo
10、ur give some specific thought and contermeasure on how to settle this problem,including further deepen the understanding to build a good environment of social practice;meticulous planning to create a new theme and mode of social practice;Perfecting the system with the building of mechanism based on

15、教育形式，不仅可以加快大学生社会化进程，而且能够有效地促进大学生成长成才、全面发展。中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见明确指出:“社会实践是大学生思想政治教育的重要环节，对于促进大学生了解社会、了解国情，增长才干、奉献社会，锻炼毅力、培养品格和增强社会责任感具有不可替代的作用”1。这一规定明确了大学生社会实践在实施素质教育中的重要地位和作用， 明确了在高度重视人才综合素质的社会大背景下，大学生社会实践创新发展的极端重要性。 当前，我国正处于全面建设小康社会的重要战略机遇期，社会政治经济快速发展，高等教育规模不断扩大，新建本科院校越来越多，与老牌本科院校相比，新建本科院校在整体的综合办学实力上有着较大的差距。新建本科院校教育质量问题引起了社会
