2、%的份额中小企业还在培养企业家方面具有重要的作用本文主要讨论民营纺织中小企业文章从纺织业的概况及其走向入手指出目前纺织行业的主要问题有纺织工业低水平生产能力过剩高水平生产能力不足以原料支配产品的老面貌还没有最终改变在纺织出口产品中质量及技术含量方面与发达国家相比都有较大的差距数量型的出口模式没有得到根本的改变国内中高档市场受到国外产品的冲击企业不了解国际惯例和竞争的规则出口市场过份集中转口与间接贸易比重较大纺织业的走向开拓一大批国内外市场适销对路经济效益好覆盖面大有发展前途的利润高创汇高质量高用料低能耗低成本低的纺织新产品文章结合产业概况及其走向的分析以及民营纺织中小企业资金人才管理品牌力及行
3、业方面的问题及其所能遇到的入世后以及中小企业板上市等带来的机遇提出民营纺织中小企业的发展模式可以有以下几种当企业属原料纺纱织布型的企业可采用工贸一体化即前向一体化后向一体化横向一体化的发展模式当企业是服装类型的企业可采用 OEMODMOBM 的发展模式同时不管是哪种类型的纺织中小企业还必须遵循 ASP集中化小实体大贸易战略对策当企业发展到一定规模时可积极创造条件充分利用中国中小企业板已经运营的有利时机走上市融资之路当然也可到香港并可走出国门到新加坡到美国的 NASDAQ上市上海交通大学 EMBA 学位论文 民营纺织中小企业发展模式研 究关键词关键词民营纺织中小企业民营纺织中小企业 困难困难 机

5、el.In the meantime,many opportunity is waiting for them.First in this article, the importance of middle- small enterprise for our economic has been shown.99% enterprise in our country is in the scale of middle- small. 60% output and 40% profit is from them. 75% work chance and 60% export quantity al
6、so comes from middle- small enterprise.The importance can also be found in training manager. We are mainly discussing the textile enterprise owned by the community and the private person in the scale of middle- small. In this essay,we have analysed the situation and the future of the textile industr
7、y .The article points out that the textile industry of China is the most strong in the world.The problem for our textile enterprise is as the following:low level producing, few high quality products,most of products depending on material,not on technoledgy, there being big distance between the expor
8、ting products in the quality and the technoledge comparing with the advancing country,no change for the exporting model big quantity with low level quality. Most of enterprise has no clear understanding of the rule and the information of the international market. Few direct trading but more indirect
9、 and transfering port trading is the main channel for our foreign trade.It is the future for the textile industry that we will produce the products with high quality and earning much money when needing few people and costing low in material and in energy. At last,we have designed the developing mode
10、l for the middle- small textile enterprise depending on the introduction of the textile industrys present situation and future and basing on the analysing of the problem and the opportunity facing to the middle- small textile enterprise.The developing model for the mddle- small textile enterprise is
11、 the following: The model will be “the integration of industry and business”- “forward integration”, “backward integration”, “horizontal integration” when the enterprise belongs to weaving and spinning industry. The model can be OEM ODM OBM when they are clothing trading company or clothing factory.
