1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文风景名胜区游览服务设施规划与设计研究姓名：朱瑞申请学位级别：硕士专业：建筑设计及其理论指导教师：郝少波20060511华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文I摘摘 要要随着我国旅游事业的迅猛发展，国家和各级地方政府投入了大量的人力、物力对风景名胜区进行开发和建设，在促进了旅游经济发展，为风景名胜区所在地带来可观的社会效益和经济效益的同时也满足了人们亲近自然、欣赏自然和享受自然的美好愿望。然而，在强调发展旅游经济的同时，人们容易忽略对自然的尊重和爱护，造成盲目的建设和开发，在风景区兴建的大量游览服务设施使得景区环境各项容量超标，以至造成景区环境污染，使得风景名胜区
2、的魅力也不断下降。因此，如何合理开发与建设风景名胜区的游览服务设施，使之与风景区环境相协调，同时能最大限度满足游人需求，这是当前困扰风景名胜区保护和发展的突出问题，也是我国风景名胜区现时要解决的重点问题。本文针对游览服务设施的建设问题，对较著名的风景名胜区进行了实地考查与调研，寻找了相关资料，并参考了景观生态学、景观设计学、生态工程学等相关理论，探索了我国风景名胜区游览服务设施的设计原则与设计对策。本文主要由五部分组成：论文第一章为绪论，介绍课题来源和已有的研究成果，对于有关风景名胜区游览服务设施的相关概念做了明确的释义。第二章论述风景名胜区的游览服务设施与景区的对立统一关系，剖析人工建设与景
3、区自身环境保护的矛盾，探讨了旅游业给风景区游览服务设施带来的影响。第三章对风景名胜区的现有游览服务设施进行实例分析，归纳其特点，剖析现有的问题的症结所在。第四章则是对风景名胜区游览服务设施的宏观研究，探讨了从风景区规划到游览设施的布局以及风景区对于游览设施的环境设计要求等相关问题。最后一章为本文的结论章节，提出现有游览设施问题的解决方法。关键词：关键词：风景名胜区 游览服务设施 旅游发展华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文IIAbstractAlong with the tourism swift and violent development, our country and al

15、： 年 月 日华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文11 绪 论1 绪 论1.1 课题来源和研究背景1.1 课题来源和研究背景本课题源自导师 “风景名胜区规划研究”课题中的子课题。因为导师多年来从事风景名胜区规划工作，而且目前关于风景名胜区游览设施之研究或现有建设情况均不理想，因此对此课题进行研究。我国地域辽阔，风景秀丽，名山大川、人文古迹遍布全国。这些宝贵的风景资源成为我国风景旅游的重要基础，使我国在世界旅游业中占据了相当独特的地位。旅游业中的“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”这六要素反映了旅游的特征和主要内涵，而其中的“吃、住、购、娱”都与游览接待设施密切相关。就目前我们所了解的情况是：我
16、国大多数风景区对这方面内容研究不够，解决得不好，大量的建设性破坏比比皆是，对风景名胜区造成了许多不可挽回的破坏和损失，令人十分痛心！然而深入了解才得知，这些建设者的初衷都是良好的，希望为景区增色，为地方创收，只是缺乏相关专业知识和专业指导，还有设计者自身知识素质和水平的缺憾等原因，才造成现在这样的“悲剧” 。因此，我们急需加强风景名胜区规划设计的规范性，以确保现有风景资源的可持续利用。在具体游览设施的建设方面，我国及国外也有很多成功的经验可资借鉴：如福建武夷山风景名胜区中的武夷山庄，浙江楠溪江的芙蓉山庄，安徽黄山风景名胜区中的云谷山庄等，这些实例都是在深入研究、反复比较的基础上，由资深的建筑大师确立选址，专门设计而成，既解决了景区的接待服务问题，又为景区增添了一景，形成双赢的局面。图 1-1：武夷山庄华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文21999年，建设部颁布了风景名胜区规划规范 ，确定了严谨务实的“游戏规则” ，使风景名胜区
