1、HEP-FR20 1Characters:The HEP-FR20 laser trimmers features a new fiber laser which produces a 1064 nm wavelength to open up many opportunities for the high-speed processing of todays new metal-based resistor and conductor materials. It utilizes a photo-ablation process to create smaller, cleaner kerf

2、s in a variety of resistors and conductor materials. Fiber laser provides superior performance and free maintenance. Improved stability provides the user with greater production control of the trimming/machining process.Higher coupling efficiencies and greater absorption of the laser wavelength resu

3、lt in superior clean quality laser trims. Proven, successful applications include thick-film, thin-film, capacitor and inductor trimming. In addition, the system can be used in a variety of micromachining applications where quality and size of cut are critical parameters.For passive or active (funct
