4、r atom1、引 1、引 言言聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂是具有如图Fig.1.1中所示的化学结构的结晶性耐热高分子材料。该树脂除具有约280的熔点,优异的耐化学药品性外,还有无需添加阻燃剂就具有自熄的阻燃特性。用玻璃纤维等纤维增强材料和无机矿物填充、增 强的DIC.PPS复合材料是具有优异的耐热性、高机 械强度,同时具有优异的尺寸稳定性的典型的工程 塑料材料。DIC.PPS大致分为两大类。一类是以交联聚合物为 基体的复合材料,它是具有在高温下仍保持高刚 性、低蠕变性的一类。另一类是以线性聚合物为基 体的复合材料,它具有良好的韧性。高纯度的线型 聚合物具有在高温高湿下比交联聚合物的吸湿性更 低的特

PROPERTIES OF P

7、OLYMER 2.1. General Properties PPS polymer exhibits exceptional resistance to thermal oxidative degradation. Its decomposition temperature, as determined by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA), is over 500C in air and nitrogen atmosphere in Fig.2.1. The high decomposition temperature in the air is ind

As shown in Fig.2.2, the

9、glass transition temperature, Tg is approximately 90C, with the melting point, MP at about 280C. These values are critical for the mechanical properties of the molding compounds as the function of temperature, as illustrated by the dynamic dumping properties for the neat polymer in Fig.2.3. The prop

10、erties are measured by ASTM D5418 used dual cantilever loading. Typical crystalline polymer shows the reduction in mechanical properties at the temperatures above the glass transition region.2.2. Cross-Linked and Linear Polymers There are two types of PPS polymers as described in the above. The cros

11、s-linked or cured polymer is heat treated during production processes in the atmosphere of air and increased apparent molecular weight.This polymer contains partially cross linked molecular constructions and is characterized by high rigidity and small creep deformation or relaxation even at elevated

12、 temperatures comparing to linear polymer. On the other 2、PPS聚合物的性能2、PPS聚合物的性能2.1基本特性2.1基本特性PPS具有优异的耐热性。从Fig2.1所示的TGA 分析(热重分析)可以看出,在空气以及氮气气 氛下,PPS都具有热分解温度在500以上的高耐 热稳定性。从Fig.2.2所示的PPS树脂的DSC分析结果可以 看出,PPS的玻璃化转变温度:Tg大约为90,熔 点:MP大约为280,再结晶温度:Tc1大约为125 。这些温度对于PPS产品的机械性能等各种性能 来说具有重要的意义。这个重要性也体现在如图 Fig.2.3

13、所示的粘弹性中的阻尼特性与温度的关系 上。这个特性是按照ASTM D-5418标准,在频率 0.1HZ下采用双悬臂梁弯曲法测定的。它显示了结 晶树脂特有的在玻璃化转变温度以上,力学性能 急剧下降的特性。2.2. 交联PPS和线型PPS2.2. 交联PPS和线型PPS在上一节已经提到PPS树脂有交联型和线型两 种结构。交联型是在聚合物制作过程中,在氧气 环境下进行热处理,把分子量提高到必要的程度 而得到的。3DIC.PPSTableTable 2.1 交联型和线型PPS的储能模量:E2.1 交联型和线型PPS的储能模量:E Comparisons of storage modulus; Ebet
