1、xx 科技大学本科生毕业设计第I页基于基于 PLC 的污水处理控制系统设计的污水处理控制系统设计摘 要近年来,污水处理厂已成为各个城市最重要的基础设施之一。尤其是中小城市,新建或扩建污水处理厂已成为当地政府改善人民生活水平的头等大事。随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断发展、完善,污水处理厂的自动化水平也相应提高。而 PLC 控制器以其技术成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便、性能价格比高等一系列优点，在工业控制中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了工厂污水处理的基本工艺和流程，并通过研究设计一套基于 PLC 控制的污水处理方法SBR 法。SBR(Sequencing Batch React
2、or Activated Sludge Process)是现在广泛应用的先进污水处理方法，此系统主要是采用 SBR 法对污水进行生物处理，按“进水，反应（曝气） ，沉淀，排水”步骤周期性进行生化反应。同时介绍了基于 PLC 污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程，控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计 PLC 控制系统的基本原则和步骤，来说明 PLC 在污水处理过程中的应用。关键词：污水处理；PLC；工艺流程 xx 科技大学本科生毕业设计第II页IISewage Treatment control system design based on the PLCAbstractIn recent ye
