1、公司资本运营课程论文广西皇氏甲天下乳业股份有限公司财务报表分析院 系： 商学院 专 业： 会计系 学 号： 1100510303 姓 名： 郭 巧 指导教师： 贺星星 2014 年 02 月 28 日摘摘 要要企业在生产经营过程中，会依据会计准则等会计规范进行会计核算，并编制财务报告。财务报告是企业向会计信息使用者提供信息的主要文件，它反映了企业财务状况、经营成果和现金流量等方面的会计信息，为会计信息使用者进行经济决策提供依据。但由于财务报告主要通过分类的方法提供各种会计信息，还缺乏一定的综合性，无法深入地揭示企业各方面的财务能力，无法反映企业在一定时期内的发展变化趋势，因此，为了提高会计信息
2、的利用程度，需要通过财务分析来对这些会计信息做进一步的加工和处理，以便更深入、全面地反映企业的各种财务能力和发展趋势。财务分析是以企业的财务报告等会计资料为基础，对企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量进行分析和评价的一种方法，是财务管理的重要方法之一，是对财务报告所提供的会计信息做进一步加工和处理，为股东、债权人和管理层等会计信息使用者进行财务预测和财务决策提供信息。本文从财务报表分析出发，通过与管理会计、财务管理等知识的相结合，以广西皇氏甲天下乳业股份有限公司为例，文中通过比率分析法与比较分析法相结合对该公司 2011-2013 年的财务报表进行分析，对该公司的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量进行

11、个品种，销售至全国多个省区近 300 多个市县。2006 年 11 月 12 日,经广西皇氏股东会决议,同意按 2006 年 6 月 30 日经审计的账面净资产 8,028.01 万元为基础,以整体变更方式发起设立广西皇氏甲天下乳业股份有限公司。2010 年 1 月 6 日，公司 A 股在深圳证券交易所正式挂牌上市，成为行业在国内的第四家乳品企业，这意味着广西的乳业将迎来腾飞的时刻，标志着皇氏乳业进入了一个发展的新纪元。公司 IPO 所募集资金，为公司将来市县超常规发展提供了充足的资金保障。（二）公司经营范围定型包装乳及乳制品(含不锈钢桶装)生产、加工和销售；蛋白饮料生产、加工和销售;批发、零
