1、ThyssenKrupp Elevator 蒂森克虏伯电梯 A Company of ThyssenKrupp Elevator tk K300 门机调试门机调试 - 关门终端（Close terminal）： 关门位置到达关门终端区时，系统输出“关门到位”信号； Reach to the close terminal area ,the control system will output the ”close end ” signal; (2) 关门爬行距离和收放门刀距离关门爬行距离和收放门刀距离(Close creeping distance and close/open door ca
2、m distance) - 收放门刀距离(close/open door cam distance)： 门系统关门到达机械限位后收缩门刀操作过程中同步皮带的位移距离。 The synchronous belt moving distance that the door driver system close to mechanical end and then retract the door cam. - 关门爬行距离(Close creeping distance): 门机到达机械限位前以爬行速度运行，直至轿门完全到达机械限位位置时的距离。 The distance is that the
3、 door operator do creeping speed until it reach to the mechanical end position. 4.2 初始位置校正运行4.2 初始位置校正运行(Correction drive for initialize) 驱动器每次上电均需要进行位置初始校正运行操作，如果门机未完成校正运行，门机驱动器仍然可以响应开、关门信号，并以爬行速度进行移动，运行到终端位置后完成校正运行操作。 The door driver must do the correction drive for its position initialize when po
4、wer is on . If the door driver have not do the position correction drive ,door operator accept the open or close order that sent by the lifts control system and response for the creeping speed .The door operator will do the initialized operation when the door reach to end position . 门机校正操作需要有开/关门信号控
5、制下完成操作(Door operator do the initialize running should be controlled by the open /close door signal )。 开门操作位置校正操作示意图(Initialized operation explanation by the open door running) Commssioning （2）在不带厅门的状态下，手动移动轿门离开终端位置(即把门放在行程中间，非开门终端或关门终端)； Put the door out of the open /close end position without coupl
6、ing the landing door(it is the middle position); （3）设置功能开关，SW2 为 ON 位置，SW3 为 OFF 位置，参考下图； Set the SW2 at ON ,SW3 at OFF ,please to see the follow picture ; 1ONOFFONOFF 23 4SW2SW2SW3Commssioning （5）按下自学习开关； Press the auto learn button 32; （6）等待约 10 秒时间，自学习完毕。 Wait for about ten seconds and finished t
7、he operation. 3、门宽距离自学习、门宽距离自学习(Gate-width teach in operation) （1）切断控制器电源； Switch off the power; （2）设置功能开关，SW2 为 ON 位置，SW3 为 ON 位置，参考下图； Set the SW2 at ON ,SW3 at ON ,please to see the follow picture 1ONOFFONOFF 234（3）控制器上电； Switch on the supply power; （4）按下自学习开关； Press the auto learn button 32; （5）
8、电机驱动门机先开门，在开门终端稍停一下然后关门直至完全关上后自动切断输出，则自学习完成； The door operator will open to end first and wait for a while then do the closing process till to the closing end position . 4、初次运行操作、初次运行操作(Do the first running ) 自学习成功之后，按下试运行键，可以对门机进行单次开/关门操作，检查开、关门到位后的开门、关门到位信号是否输出一致，否则需要进行运行方向调整，改变 SW1 DIP 开关的位置进行方向调
9、整操作，即：如果 SW1=ON,则需要改为 SW1=OFF 位置；如果 SW1=OFF,则需要改 SW1=ON 位置。 After finished the gate-width teach in operation ,it should be let the door do the close or open running by press the test button (31).it also need to check output signal are consistent to the door operation process, otherwise it need to ad
10、just the door running direction by to change the position of SW1.If the SW1are ON/OFF then change it position to OFF/ON. SW2 SW3 Commssioning 调整关门速度，可以通过调整 TR2 电位器实现； Adjust the open door speed by rotate the TR2 potentiometer ; 6、调整堵转响应灵敏度、调整堵转响应灵敏度(Adjustment the sensitive response of the block run
11、ning) 调整关门堵转检测力矩阀值大小，可通过调整 TR4 电位器实现； Adjust the sensitive of the block running by rotate the TR4 potentiometer; 7、维持力矩调整、维持力矩调整(Hold torque adjustment) 开、关门维持力矩调整，调整 TR3 电位器 Open or close hold torque adjust can realize by rotate the TR4 potentiometer; 8、检修调试、检修调试 在门机设置正常运行模式时(SW2=OFF 位置时)。当检修信号输入门机
12、控制系统，门机系统会转入检修运行模式，开、关门操作由面板上试运行按钮控制，一个按钮交替实现开、关门按钮操作功能。 Need to set the door operator at normal mode by to set SW2 to OFF .Door operator accept the inspection drive signal from the lifts control system and reset the function of theTest running button.
